I am extremely disappointed with this childcare and would not recommend it to any parent. This has been the worst childcare experience I have ever had. The centre has repeatedly allowed children who are on medication and have displayed unsafe behaviour, including throwing stones at glass until it shattered. This frightening incident has happened multiple times and caused fear and distress to all the children, including my own. What’s even worse is that when I raised these serious concerns, I was ignored by the manager instead of being reassured or provided with a proper solution. The lack of accountability and disregard for children’s safety is unacceptable. As a parent, I expect my child to be in a safe and supportive environment — unfortunately, this childcare has failed to provide even the most basic level of safety and care.

As compared to other Early Learning Centres are concerned, Waratah Cottage is one of the best, if not the best establishment in the district. The team at Waratah Cottage are dedicated and committed to providing a first class education
