Rude customer service - you pay a wait list fee of $50 and have to hound them to get any sort of communication/updates... Rude customer service - you pay a wait list fee of $50 and have to hound them to get any sort of communication/updates and when you do follow up for an update, they speak to you like you’ve asked them for a kidney. Dread to think what dealing with them on a regular basis would be like. Read more
