I would not recommend this childcare centre. When we originally enrolled our son, we were assured that when he transitioned rooms he would move alongside a familiar educator to provide continuity and security. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I previously raised concerns with management about one of his current educators, as I did not feel the level of warmth and engagement was appropriate for a toddler. While I understand personalities differ, my concerns were raised respectfully and in good faith to ensure my child felt safe and supported. On multiple occasions (at least once a week), I arrived to collect my son and found he had already been signed out while still physically present at the centre. This is extremely concerning from a supervision and compliance perspective. The centre’s proximity to an active construction site has also been troubling, with cranes operating above the playground and ongoing dust exposure. Most importantly, the standard of care we experienced most recently was unacceptable. I collected my son covered in sand, particularly on his face, with visibly irritated eyes from rubbing it in and smelled strongly of faeces. When I checked his clothing, I found dried stool on the shorts he had arrived in that morning, despite clean spare clothes being in his bag. This indicates he remained in soiled clothing for a significant period of time. This experience has left us deeply disappointed and concerned. We have chosen to remove our child from the centre effective immediately. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements meaningful improvements for the wellbeing of the children in their care.

Best center ever! I feel so at ease taking my son there, every single educator are truly so lovely, friendly and caring 🙏🏼 my son learns so much everyday!

How genuinely Christian is the centre and the one in Coomera?

The Educators provide amazing care, education, and have an excellent Sports Programme. All Staff go above and beyond to give the children a sense of belonging.
