We have been here since for 6 years with our 2 kids from nursery to kindergarten. We are very happy with the centre especially because of the wonderful educators . There are a few staff members that have been there the whole 6 years with us and a lot of them for the last 4 years. They genuinely care and are supportive to the children and families. We loved that as a smaller centre the kids and educators from all age groups do get to know each other. In the kindy program , we love that they offer swimming lessons and our kids were well prepared for school. I would recommend this centre especially if you are looking for a smaller , family environment.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Goodstart McDowall. The staff are absolutely wonderful, and the indoor and outdoor learning spaces are fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare or kindy.

Leo was only eight months old when he started, and from the very beginning he was embraced with so much love and care. During a very difficult time in my life, the team became a source of comfort and stability—not just for Leo, but for me as well. I am deeply grateful for every educator who has supported us. Their kindness, patience, and genuine affection for my little boy mean more than words can express. I truly could not have asked for a better place for Leo. I wholeheartedly recommend Goodstart to any family looking for a nurturing, compassionate, and supportive environment for their child.

We had a really positive experience with Goodstart McDowall, even though our time there was short due to an unexpected move. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of their community. Our son settled in quickly thanks to the caring educators. It was clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and are passionate about what they do. We were really impressed by the communication, the activities, and how smoothly everything was run. Although we weren’t able to stay long, we’re so grateful for the support and kindness we received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to any family looking for a safe, friendly, and professional childcare experience!

We have been with GoodStart McDowall the past 3.5 years, and can't thank the team enough for the care and support they provide to our two little ones and us as parents over the years. We have found the team are consistent, provide a warm, engaging and welcoming environment for our children and are attentive to our children's learning and needs from Nursery right through to Kindergarten. Alannah and the team have made us feel a part of their family and have helped us with reducing anxiety when it comes to leaving our children in their care. We know our kids are safe and having fun, are being fed with nutritious meals each day. We enjoy seeing the regular communications about what the kids have been up to each day and are amazed at how much our oldest in particular has learnt from time spent at GoodStart McDowall.

This daycare is absolutely amazing. Our little one joined the daycare quite recently, and the educators at the daycare ensured a smooth transition for our little one. The educators at the daycare are incredibly caring and attentive, making my little one feel comfortable and happy in the new environment.

We had our 3yo (then 2yo) transition here from another center due to our move a year back, and with him being quite the reserved and shy personality that he is, I was surprised at how quickly he got comfortable & emotionally attached to some of the educators here. I'm happy with the attention and learnings my child gets here. Via the app pictures & updates, I can see all how engaged he is throughout the week. Communication is also top-notch. We also appreciate how incredibly safe and open the facility is. We are so glad to have found this wonderful center for our child.

Exceptional daycare centre! The staff is incredibly attentive, nurturing, and professional. I have peace of mind knowing my child is in such capable hands. The facility is safe and well-equipped for various activities. Communication with the educators including the director, Alannah, is always prompt and informative, and I appreciate the regular updates on my child's progress. My two Children went to this childcare and I and my children are happy with the service. My children loves going to childcare and they are progressing academically as well.We never had an communication issues and educators including admin and the kitchen chef are great.Very greatful and my children loves teachers, kitchen chef and the facility . .
