⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>More than a daycare, Cricklewood has been our children’s second home and our extended family ❤️<br><br>Trying to put into words what Cricklewood means to our family after 10 years is honestly quite emotional.<br><br>From the very first day we walked through the doors, we have never felt like we were simply dropping our children off at daycare. We have always felt like we were leaving them with our extended family, people who genuinely know them, love them, care about them and want the very best for them.<br><br>Over the past 10 years, we have watched our own children grow, learn and become the little people they are today, but we have also watched the Cricklewood educators grow alongside us. We have watched educators graduate from their early childhood studies, celebrate their first babies, then their second and third, and we have been so lucky to share in those beautiful milestones with them. Somewhere along the way, the relationship stopped feeling like one between a family and a childcare centre and became something much more personal.<br><br>The love and care our children have received at Cricklewood has meant more to us than we could ever properly explain. There is something incredibly special about knowing that when you walk away after drop-off, your child is surrounded by people who genuinely care about them. People who know their personality, their little quirks, what makes them smile, when they need an extra cuddle and how to make them feel safe when they are missing Mum or Dad.<br><br>We have seen our children come home excited to tell us about their day, proudly show us something they have created, talk about their educators and friends, and form relationships that have become such an important part of their childhood. Those are the things you remember.<br><br>And after 10 years, there are so many memories, the first days, birthdays, Christmas celebrations, dress-ups, little achievements, milestones, cuddles, tears, laughter and all the ordinary little moments in between that, looking back, become some of the most precious ones.<br><br>What makes Cricklewood so special is that they don’t just care for your child, they care about your family. They celebrate with you, support you, get excited about your children’s achievements and become part of their journey.<br><br>As we look back on the last 10 years, we feel incredibly grateful. Grateful for every educator who has cuddled our babies, wiped their tears, celebrated their achievements, encouraged them to try something new and made them feel loved. Grateful for the friendships we have made and for all the people who have played a part in our children’s early years.<br><br>There is a saying that it takes a village to raise a child, and Cricklewood has absolutely been part of our village. ❤️<br><br>Thank you for loving our children, believing in them and caring for them as though they were your own. We will forever be grateful that we found Cricklewood and that our children have had the privilege of growing up surrounded by such wonderful people.<br><br>After 10 years, Cricklewood isn’t just somewhere our children went to daycare.<br><br>It is a place that will forever hold a very special piece of our family’s heart. ❤️

We absolutely love Cricklewood. Having had two children move through several rooms at the centre, we can highly recommend it. Our children have always been so well cared for, and their excitement to go each morning says it all. The educators are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. They always take the time to connect with parents at drop-off and pick-up, which we really appreciate.

I highly recommend Cricklewood childcare! The teachers the staff the chef and the owner Jacinta are all so welcoming and friendly, and always love to have a chat and give you the time of the day on drop off or pick up My son loves he’s teachers especially Nikki, Liv & Zoe aswell as the other educators they are kind and caring and very attentive - the chef is amazing and they provides high quality meals for the kids it always smells amazing when you walk in and she always spends time with the kids and is hands on! They have a sheet of schedule nappy changes, sleep and meals through out the day so you know what times your child has been changed or fed, each week there are new activities and learning skills they focus on. And the updates on the app are so in-depth of the week and activitys. My son absolutely loves it there! Xx

We did not have a good experience with our daughter attending Cricklewood childcare. We felt as if the staff did not make much effort to get to know our family, were not welcoming/friendly on drop off, and were not good with responding to our concerns. The feel of the centre on drop off was always negative with multiple children crying in the morning and usually not getting attention from educators. Some children would approach me and put their arms up as if asking for a cuddle, some children would be banging on the door as if wanting to leave. Our daughter had an injury to her face on pickup one afternoon that educators could not explain, and on a few other occasions we were not giving an incident report to sign when picking up our daughter after an injury. Our daughter came home with severe nappy rash multiple times which was clearly from neglect of changing nappies, and when I brought it up with the main educator she said “that’s weird”. Our daughter was always very thirsty upon pickup, as if she hadn’t had water in quite a while, and sometimes she would be very underdressed (no shoes or socks or jumper when outside in winter). The communication was not very good, we wouldn’t get updates/photos of our daughter through their app very often, and on pickup we were always told the same thing “she has had a really good day” which I am sure wasn’t always the case. We did not trust our child to be properly cared for while attending this childcare, and when leaving we had to follow up the return of our bond/deposit multiple times. However, there was one staff member we had positive experiences with – Kellie in the Joeys room.

The staff genuinely care for the kids and always make you feel welcome. It is hard leaving your child in the care of someone but I have always feel comfortable leaving my son here as it’s such an amazing environment. Educators are incredible and do such an amazing job!!

Wouldn't send my worst nightmare to this centre! Management are complete and utter narcissists! Do not send your children to this "childcare" All your positive feedback doesn't count if they're written from your colleagues who are forced to write them. 😂🤦‍♀️

This place is amazing! My kids always have so much fun here. They come home with so many stories about all the different things they've learnt. I cant recommend this place enough.
