Excellent teachers who are doing the best they can to provide care and learning to the children, the staffs are all well managed and very respectful. I'am very confident to this institution.

From the first day we walked into the centre the office staff/ admin were warm, kind, helpful and welcoming. The educators are absolutely great with children and I love how they pay attention to my child and she loves going to daycare. I highly recommend sending your little ones at this centre.

As a first time mum, I was so worried about choosing the right childcare for my son. I picked Goodstart Ballajura because it was close to our house and convenient, my gosh was it the best decision I could’ve made! My son started full time daycare when he was 11 months old, he’s now 3 and has been attending this daycare the whole time, the educators that work with the children are phenomenal. The educators I have worked with have always been welcoming, friendly, inclusive, and had great rapport with both my child and myself No matter what room my son is in, I always get welcomed into the room, I get a briefing of his day and they always make sure my son is happy and satisfied after his long day at daycare My son has an amazing relationship with his educators and often comes home and tells us all his ‘bestfriends’. The new centre director has made some wonderful changes to the centre in the last year and as a parent, it’s wonderful to be heard. I will always recommend this centre to my friends and family and will always value the time my son has had there ❤️

My grandsons have gone to this daycare for eleven years and they have a very positive outlook and professional attitude. Couldn’t be happier overall with everything.

I had mixed emotions about posting a review however I feel like both the centre and other parents need to know. I unfortunately had a bad experience when signing my one year old up for day care for the first time. I picked this centre because they had the best google reviews for my area. I called to ask about pricing and centre information, they told me to come in for a tour. At the tour they were very rushed, but that's understandable. I would prefer they want to focus on the kids more than potential new clients. The facilities looked good. They gave me some pamphlets and walked me out. No questions were answered about pricing or availability but I was told I would get a call that day or the day after by the 'admin lady' to discuss. I waited a few days for a call until I decided to call them back. I was told that the admin lady was very busy and she would call me tomorrow. This is fine I completely understand! However today when the admin lady called me I found her rude, condescending and unhelpful. She started off by saying she doesn't know who I am, that I have not done a tour at the centre, there's no paperwork on me and my name isn't in the system. I struggling through the conversation with her, it felt like she was trying to argue with me the whole time. I found her tone and her words condescending. Eventually she said she will talk to the lady who she thinks might have done the tour and call me back later. This afternoon I recieved an email with the application and a start date. She has still not talked over pricing with me so I call them back. When I eventually talk to her, I struggled again. She was combative and I found it very difficult to ask any questions. She kept saying the person who did the tour should have told me that I should already know everything im asking. Even if that is true it's not okay to be blaming a parent for someone doing the tour 'incorrectly'. It felt as if she didnt have the time for me and that talking to me was just annoying. She actually made me cry after I got off the phone to her because I was so frustrated and she made me feel so little. Now I don't know if it's because I'm a first time mum and I am now letting my one year old off into the big wide world on her own. All the other staff seemed nice. But I feel like this is not the kind of person I want my daughter around and that are meant to keep her safe. I have now made arrangements to view another childcare centre in the area and they seem really nice. I would prefer to not go back to this centre and I urge them not to reach out to me. I hope sharing my experience helps others make their decisions.

Not nice giving bad reviews and I should have done this a while ago but when it includes kids I think it’s important every time I look at the scar on my sons face I think I really need to give that review Most staff are friendly and seem like they want to be there My boys were physically hurt bye another child continuously for weeks. in one day I had 2 calls they only attended 2 days. My boy still has a bad scar on his face from the nasty scratch. You understand once or twice as kids will be kids , but when it continuously happens that’s not fair When tried discussing a resolution the answer was they have done everything they can. When talking to one of the educators in the room she opened up to me about how this kept happening to children in the class not just mine and said it’s not fair she was genuinely concerned. You expect your children to be safe when you drop them of mine definitely weren’t. My boys were traumatised but the director didn’t want a bar of it. She’s not the most approachable person. Pulling them out was the best decision.

Highly recommend good start ballajura been using them for almost 4 years now with my two kids. Very friendly and welcoming, nothing is ever a problem 😀

I have my 2 kids here since they were just couple months of Age. Everyone in centre is very friendly, respectful and responsible. All educators are qualified and have close attachment with kids so that they can the best support to the kids' needs. For us, this is our 2nd home ❤️❤️
