I think you can tell a lot about a facility based on how they handle an issue. We recently had an incident (not malicious, just some processes had failed). The team at LOT proatively informed us, then set aside time to discuss the issue with us as well as their action plan to resolve it, and had everything implemented over the weekend in time for a fresh start on the monday. It was impressive to say the least. Aside from that, my 17 month old absolutely loves going to daycare here. Wonderful caring staff, beautiful play rooms and fabulous owners. We hope to stay here till shes ready for school and tell everyone about how great LOT is.

Like all parents we were nervous about sending our daughter to childcare for the first time last year. If we’d known how amazing Lots of Tots was we never would’ve worried. They’ve been incredibly caring since day 1 and they provide constant fun and education for our kids. It was a no brainer to send our 2nd child there, and he loves it just as much as his sister! Thank you lots of tots for providing our children with such a positive and fun experience!

We have been blown away by the experience we have had with Lot's of Tots. Can't beat a family run and owned business, especially when you are trusting them with your children. The amount of care shown by all team members is very comforting. Nothing is ever a problem. We couldn't be happier with the team at Lots of Tots and thoroughly recommending them to anyone out there looking for this service.
