My child currently attends this centre and unfortunately we have experienced ongoing and serious safety concerns. A particular child has bitten my daughter on four separate occasions. This is not an isolated incident. Each time, the matter was raised with educators and management, and we were repeatedly assured that preventative steps would be taken and the children would be separated. Despite these assurances, the same issue continues to occur. There are approximately 10 children in the room, however supervision has consistently been insufficient to prevent repeated incidents. In addition to the biting incidents, my daughter has also fallen and sustained injuries on multiple occasions, raising further concerns about duty of care and active supervision. We have made multiple formal requests for appropriate intervention and group separation, which were acknowledged but not effectively implemented. Due to the ongoing risk to our child’s safety, we have now escalated the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities. Parents trust early learning centres to provide a safe and well-supervised environment. Sadly, this has not been our experience at this centre.

Our son has been going here for nearly a year and has absolutely loved it! We will be sending all 3 of our children. It is a small centre which we love as the educators are so attentive to each child. Our son has really excelled here. It really is such a beautiful community at UEL Enoggera and a great group of kids.

Uniting Early Learning Enoggera is a small and nurturing Childcare and Kindergarten with mixed-age, family-style groupings of 2 to 5-year-olds. We accommodate up to 27 children daily, offering a unique environment that is comfortable and familiar to our children and where they are supported by Educators who can spend a little extra time with each child.
