Thank you to the wonderful staff at Goodstart for the positive early education and child care our daughters experienced over the past four years.

Both our children attended Goodstart as 1 yo babies. We felt nothing but kindness, care and nurture from the staff at Kyneton GS. We were given daily updates, they were always fed really well and taken great care off. My children loved being there and moving up through all the rooms allowed them to be independent, socially aware and capable and resilient. We have have a lot to be thankful to the staff at GS. They will always be a huge part of our girls development.

As a direct neighbour their total disregard regarding noise things thrown over the fence and complete black of respect for Neighbours.

We’ve had our kids at the centre now for over 3 years and we are so glad we stick it out as the new centres opened in the area. The changes in the last year and a bit have greatly improved the centre and our experience here. Our kids are happy, safe and feel supported and the staff are friendly and kind. Wed recommend the service to other families looking for a smaller centre that feels more like family than just a daycare.

Lost all trust with this daycare, no communication from staff. You get told different things. could never get a straight answer on who our room leader was. No incident reports were written, I had to nag them to do their job. When my daughter was in the baby room I had no issues it wasn't until she went into the toddler room I started having issues. Its concerning on how much I was not told and what has happened and I haven't been told, I had to find out for myself. Everytime I would ask staff question on incidents etc I would get “we didn't see” or “we don't know” Ang one that goes here really keep an eye out, they need to lift their game its disgusting.

Would never recommend this daycare centre to any local parents. Bad communication, lack of supervision and accountability. Highly recommend the new daycare centre Journey early learning. Hopefully now goodstart has finally got some competition in the area, they’ll finally up their standards.

I went to this place when I was young, it was emotionally ruining for me.

My 2 yo goes to this child care and we are so very impressed with the staff, centre, food and activities they provide. They are always communicative and encouraging to further activities and interests of our child. They have been amazing during the COVID-19 pandemic as well - keeping us up to date with new policy and providing a safe centre for our child to continue to attend.
