Both of my children have attended this daycare since they were 6 months old. The staff are friendly and very competent. This can be attributed to the fact that the centre manager prioritises staff wellbeing so staff have energy and enthusiasm for the kids. The outdoor area is huge and the centre is very multicultural. Some people say it’s a truer representation of the Darwin community compared to other daycares. I now work in the city and still chose to drive to Casuarina everyday so they can attend this daycare.

Staff are very good - our child likes to go there and they have various activities. Outdoor area surprisingly large and mostly shaded with trees. Easy to check in and feels safe as someone is always at the entrance and is there for questions or a chat. Several of the staff have been there for years, unlike other daycare where staff turnover

I feel so confident leaving my children in the capable and loving hands of all the staff at Casuarina Childcare. They’ve truly created a safe, nurturing space for my two boys. Every team member is so genuinely involved - when I collect my child, the educators always share stories about his day. It’s clear they value building real relationships with both children and parents, and that means the world to me. Not to mention my brother and I attended here when we were children also, and the staff have been there for many many years. I highly recommend this centre for families, very professional but also very warm and welcoming staff and centre.

Casuarina Childcare Centre have been nurturing my son since he was 6 months old. He has just turned 4 and is still excited to go which is owed in large part to the educators, the curriculum and the brilliant outdoor areas. The level of care is outstanding and I have never had any issues with communication. The menu is healthy and varied and has helped my son overcome some food aversions. The activities are switched up constantly to keep busy minds growing and entertained and the excursions are educational and build great memories. You won’t regret enrolling your child here. They will make many friends, but they will also become family.

I am very honoured to say that the casuarina child care centre is amazing. My grandson has been attending for a few years and the staff are very professional and supportive. The wholistic approach from Alice whom manages the centre and her staff, enables everyone to feel comfortable and secure. As a Indigenous grandmother it is great to see my grandson interacting and learning at the wonderful child care centre🙏

We enrolled our child in this daycare when he was just 1 year old, shortly after we moved to Darwin. At that time, we were new to the city and very busy with work. The daycare and all the wonderful educators gave us so much help and support during that period. Every teacher here is kind, patient, and caring, and we always feel confident leaving our child in their hands. The fees are also very reasonable, which is especially important for families like ours who are not eligible for any subsidies. We’re truly grateful and highly recommend this centre! Special thanks to Anna — she’s our son’s absolute favourite!

My daughter has been attending casuarina child care centre for a couple of years now and she is thriving! The director/ Educators are wonderful and treat the children like family. They are very passionate and attentive and go above and beyond!
