This company seriously needs to take responsibility for its actions. The staff handling customer interactions, especially at reception, showed extremely unprofessional behavior. A client was given a cab voucher without proper information, and when a mistake happened, the poor client was made to feel at fault—even though the payment system itself wasn’t working. What’s worse is that instead of owning up to the issue, the staff advised the client not to accept any fault on a recorded call so they could shift the blame onto the driver. This kind of dishonest and careless attitude is completely unacceptable. I don’t remember the employee’s name (she was a female staff member), but I truly hope she has learned some basic sense and responsibility by now. Situations like this should be handled with honesty, not manipulation. Basic common sense and accountability seem to be missing here. If this is how customers are treated, it raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity and service standards. Please read this carefully

When it comes to training I would strongly suggest to avoid them!!!! They behave as having a monopoly and clearly are after your money more than anything else. Other business that run the RRHAN masterclass much more flexible (terms and conditions), and they actually care about your time and money, instead of caring about "having to run a business". That's what I was told by their representative when asked what my options were, because I had to miss the training due work commitments. READ terms and conditions please when signing up with them. They charge a 50% fee if you need to rearrange. Blatantly their representative gave me 2 choices (word by word): "either you cancel and we keep your money, or you rearrange and we invoice you the admin fees, because we have to run an organisation". Very inflexible and a business model that belongs to the previous century. Again READ term and conditions before send them any money!!!!
Gowrie SA is a not for profit community based service. The integrated early childhood programs offered by us support children’s development through inclusive, play-based individual and group learning opportunities in spacious outdoor environments and natural garden settings. We look to educational ideas and research to guide and broaden our programs. It is essential that your child feels safe and supported in his or her exploration and discovery, and those individual interests within the group of learners are celebrated and developed to create meaningful learning opportunities.
Our service is a DECD Affiliated kindergarten and can support your child's education and learning through our high quality program led by a degree qualified Early Childhood Teacher who uses the National Early Years Learning Framework.
