The staff are always kind, patient, and attentive, and we really appreciate the clear communication and updates about her day. Little to no communication. Kids are not properly supervised. Overcharged with no proper explanation. Take days to respond to emails. It's a nice centre but so unorganised.

This chained, newly built kindergarten has clean facilities, but that’s its only merit. Teachers, especially the young ones, have poor safety awareness—many wear long nails and nail polish. They just stand far away watching kids play in the playground, and my son got 2 accident reports in 5 weeks. Staff are scarce: when my son cries at drop-off, no teacher steps up to comfort him, making it hard for me to leave. Office work is a mess: my CSS hasn’t been handled for 5 weeks. Calling the head office is useless—they only transfer calls back and forth, with no solutions. Disappointing all around.

Hiii this is the bestest family childcare in seven hills I recommend you all that everyone visit here and enrolment quickly as much uh can and drop your child over here without tension she can grap lot of knowledge from here and lot of respect and manners …..
