My experience at Moments Ripley so far has been nothing short of amazing! This will be the 3rd centre I have sent my daughter to & I finally couldn’t be happier. The nursery staff are terrific & handle my screaming daughter in the mornings amazing & it makes me being able to leave sooo much easier. The staff are warm & welcoming & everything is updated live in the app throughout the day so you can see if your child is eating or sleeping in real time which is amazing for parents who want that extra visibility.<br>Natalie is amazing & really does go to extra mile to make you feel welcomed & comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and lovely. I appreciated the new manager taking her time to call and introduce herself… Unfortunately I’ve been disappointed since the centre was taken over and rebranded. My child had attended here for quite some time, however the new provider requires a minimum of two days per week, so I unfortunately had to cancel their enrolment as we only need one day.<br><br>I was also told two days is “recommended” for children, which I found misleading. I haven’t found concrete evidence/research supporting the claim that children need a minimum of two days of childcare per week for their development. Quality of care matters, but families and children have different needs.<br><br>It’s sad to have to move my child from a centre he already knew simply because we don’t need two days of care.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Moments Early Learning Ripley and I couldn’t disagree more with some of the negative comments I’ve seen. From the moment we first visited, the staff have always been welcoming, friendly and genuinely caring towards my children.<br><br>I really appreciate how the educators take the time to communicate with me at the end of each day and let me know how my children have been, what they’ve enjoyed, how they’ve settled and anything I need to know.<br><br>The centre itself is beautiful, clean and has such a lovely environment for the children to learn and play in.<br><br>The ladies in the office always greet you when you arrive, special mention to Natalie she is fantastic!<br><br>We are very happy with our decision to choose Moments Ripley and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a childcare centre. ❤️

Went for a tour of the new Moments Early Learning Ripley centre the other day. This centre was amazing. From the first meeting to walking out felt like home. I love the chosen colour and the 6 pillars of the learning environment. The staff seem great with the children. They get down to the level and listen to them. Was introduced to staff as we walked around and my little one enjoyed the environment as we talked about their routines and operational of the centre. I’ve enrolled and looking forward to starting my little on in a few weeks.<br><br>If you are looking for a fresh clean environment and a different type of learning go and have a tour at Moments Early Learning Centre in Ripley.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this childcare centre based on my experience.<br><br>The staff are not particularly friendly or welcoming, which makes the overall environment feel uncomfortable. There also appears to be an issue with staffing — the centre often seems overstaffed, yet the available staff are not being utilised effectively.<br><br>It is frustrating to see so many staff present while things still feel disorganised and support is lacking where it is actually needed. Communication and teamwork could also be significantly improved.<br><br>Overall, I believe the centre has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to staff attitude, organisation, communication and making better use of the educators they have available.
