Great educator matters so much and Miss Genesis and Miss Vivian in Nursery room are the best educators we had! Both are always caring for all babies who goes into the room. They will brief me my baby's day and what he likes and what he doesn't like. What he has done for the day and his improvement. They also create lots of fun activities for baby to experience and play which helps with their development. I can see my baby has developed a lot of skills and is always happy when I pick him up from Miss Genesis and Miss Vivian. Highly recommend both educators if you are looking for a caring educator for your baby to go in Nursery!

A warning for parents considering this childcare centre ⚠️<br><br>I recently cancelled my daughter’s enrolment at this childcare centre, and I wanted to share my experience with other parents.<br><br>My daughter was attending only one day a week, but despite attending just one day, she repeatedly had incidents where she hit her head on the play equipment. She was only 8 months old and was not yet able to walk properly, so I expected the educators to provide a safe environment and pay close attention to her.<br><br>If my child had been attending 7 days a week and this happened once, I could understand that accidents can happen. However, when she was only attending one day a week, I was constantly receiving calls saying that she had hit her head on something. This made me extremely concerned about the level of supervision and safety at the centre.<br><br>What disappointed me even more was the way the staff communicated with me. Instead of taking responsibility or looking at how the incident could have been prevented, I was told that “your child did it herself”, as if that completely removed the centre’s responsibility. I understand that children can have accidents, but childcare centres also have a responsibility to provide a safe environment and take reasonable steps to prevent injuries.<br><br>The play equipment had hard wooden edges and corners without proper soft padding. I don’t understand why these dangerous corners cannot be covered with protective padding. Many other childcare centres take precautions by covering sharp or hard edges to reduce the risk of children getting hurt.<br><br>My concern is not simply that my child had an accident. My concern is that she was an 8-month-old baby who could not walk properly yet, and I did not feel that enough attention was being given to her safety.<br><br>Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that parents with babies or children under one year old carefully inspect the childcare environment, especially the play equipment, corners, safety measures and level of supervision before enrolling their child.<br><br>I am sharing this based on my own experience because I would want another parent to know about my experience before making such an important decision for their child.

Miss Hong and the whole toddler team have been amazing. My little one always comes home having learnt something new, and the educators really care and get to know their needs.

As a dad, I couldn’t be happier with the experience our little boy Alexander has had at Edge Early Learning Montague Road. From day one, the team has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive to his needs. What really stands out is the consistency — the educators genuinely know the children, and their communication with parents is excellent. We’re always kept in the loop about Alexander’s day, his progress, and all the little moments that matter. It’s clear how much he enjoys being there. His confidence, curiosity, and happiness have grown so much since starting at Edge, and as a parent, that means everything. Huge thanks to the team for creating such a supportive and nurturing environment. Highly recommend this centre to any parents looking for a place that truly cares about their child’s development and wellbeing.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Edge Early Learning West End!! Our son settled in so quickly thanks to the caring and professional educators who go above and beyond every day. It’s clear that the staff are highly qualified and genuinely passionate about what they do — they create such a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment. We’ve seen incredible growth and confidence in our little one since starting here. We truly feel part of a wonderful community and are so grateful to have found this centre!

Ashley and her team at Edge Montague have created a beautiful centre. They are genuine, lovely educators, and I know they honestly care about my little guy. He has SO MUCH FUN!! They provide incredible sensory activities (too messy for home!) and are focused on the children's cognitive, physical and emotional development. We are relatively new to Brisbane, and I have found the families at Montague Road incredibly welcoming and kind. We have loved our experience at Edge Montague road. The staff are lovely and have gone over and above for my son who is quite a handful. Great facilities and meals provided too which is such a bonus

My son really enjoys his days at The Edge early learning centre. They do lots of activities there with him and the staff are so caring. It is great that he is so settled, it gives me peace of mind that he is well cared for while I am at work.
