Wouldn’t recommend We have faced several issues that have made us question the care and safety of our child. Often had to chase for updates on my child’s progress or any incidents that may have occurred during the day. When I did receive information, it was vague and not very reassuring. Additionally, there were a few occasions where my child came home with unexplained marks or signs of neglect, which were never addressed properly by the staff. I was also alarmed on one occasion where my child was collected by his uncle who had never visited the service before, no one bothered to stop him for id or give me a courtesy call and let him walk out freely with my child. I would like to just praise the staff for their hard work! And how welcoming they are to my two children who attend... I would like to just praise the staff for their hard work! And how welcoming they are to my two children who attend the centre. I was so worried putting them into a service after being a stay at home mum. But now I couldn’t be more glad that they well taken care of from the food being cooked in service to going outside and playing in the playground and water play. And I love the fact my kids get to hop in the pool and have their own lessons at the centre. Read more
