Even before Tilly’s at Gillieston Heights officially opened, we were supported by Bree, the Centre Director, and couldn’t have been more impressed with... Even before Tilly’s at Gillieston Heights officially opened, we were supported by Bree, the Centre Director, and couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience she gave us. This followed a disappointing time at another local daycare, where the level of service fell short in several areas. Since then, our daughter has finished at Tilly’s and is thriving in her first year of Kindergarten. Our younger son is now in his third year at the centre and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to have both of our children attend. The entire team has been outstanding, and every one of their educators has shown genuine care, professionalism, and consistency throughout our entire time at the centre. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Read more

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The staff greet you with such warmth and friendliness, making you feel right at home. The rooms are vibrant, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, creating a wonderful environment for the children. The team here is nothing short of amazing—helpful, understanding, and genuinely caring. Having experienced several daycare centers (including one we loved that unfortunately closed), I can confidently say this is the best we’ve ever been to. I'm so glad that I chose this centre for my children as they are cared for as well as I care for them. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my children are in a safe place with loving and caring educators who fill their days with so much joy, education and play. The centre management and educators do everything they can to accommodate changing needs of the children, follow the schedules set by the parents, give regular feedback on development and have open communication about any issues or concerns. The educators form such a special bond with the children and it reflects when I see my children upon pick up in the afternoon and they share stories of the fun day they have had, or how the educators supported them if they were feeling sad. I am amazed with this day care centre Tillys Gillieston Heights. I used to picked up my daughter within 2 hrs after... I am amazed with this day care centre Tillys Gillieston Heights. I used to picked up my daughter within 2 hrs after the dropped off in her previous day care centre somewhere in Newcastle Area, since they didn’t know how to make her stop crying,they had no clue what they were dealing obviously had no knowledge about kids with Autism.My daughter is diagnosed to autism level 3 which is the severe one. Tillys Gillieston Heights have never called me or ring me during the days my daughter is in their care staffs are trained to keep my daughter calm and happy. I recommend this centre to other families out there. We all want our children to be happy and not distressed. Read more

It was the best decision I ever made to send my daughter Chloe to Tilly’s, she’s in lilypond room and has been for... It was the best decision I ever made to send my daughter Chloe to Tilly’s, she’s in lilypond room and has been for almost 12 months now. The educators are so lovely and caring and I know she gets cared for well as she loves going to daycare. She gets such a variety of foods every day and she eats and drinks so well. I love the activities they do with her and I know she’s stimulated. She especially loves their sand pit. All of the educators are worth their weight in gold and I’m thankful for every single one.
