Our under-one-year old has been attending the center for approx 3 months now, and we are so pleased with the care! Sending your child to daycare for the first time can be nerve-racking, but Selina, Linda and the whole team are amazing (and have been from the get-go). We are always greeted by name, provided with constant updates throughout the day (they do so many fun activities) and most importantly, we feel the children are really cared for. A bonus for us has been seeing how much our child has learnt and developed both from the educators and other children.

Selina has been absolutely incredible from day one! The Learning Sanctuary Spotswood is so lucky to have her, and we truly hope she stays forever. She has made the transition to a new service seamless, creating an environment of warmth, kindness and support that is simply unmatched and incredibly genuine. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, setting the foundation for genuine, meaningful connections. The consistency in staffing is remarkable—many of the educators have been at the centre for years, which speaks volumes about the incredible culture and dedication of the team. We are extremely happy with this childcare center. Our baby has been attending for about three months now, and the experience has been fantastic. We tried a couple of other childcare options in the area but weren’t satisfied. The staff here are great and the manager is always available, approachable, and supportive, which gives us peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this place to other parents

We have had nothing but positive experiences with this centre over the past 2+ years. Selina has been a transformative manager for the centre and has fostered a strong sense of community across the team and families. Kind, caring, open to feedback and above all else completely trustworthy. The centre and staff have felt like family since we enrolled our son and we look forward to seeing how he will continue to develop and flourish over the next two years under their care.

Our child has been attending for almost three months and absolutely loves it. The educators are incredibly engaging and accommodating, making our son feel welcomed and supported every day. Additionally, the management team is super friendly and always on top of things, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both children and parents. We are truly impressed with the level of care and attention provided. We have been a part of this centre since 2016. Some of the same long standing staff are still at the centre, to see the familiar faces that looked after both our children is refreshing. We feel comfortable as they feel like part of the family. From about 2021 or 2022 the centre quailty went on steep a slide downwards. In 2023 a new centre manager took over and has totally transformed the centre back to its former glory (maybe even better). The centres cleanliness feels welcoming and refreshed. Selina and Vanadana have excellent communication skills and have started great initiatives at the centre. They make every child feel warm and welcome. It's so great to see a presence at the front desk on drop off and pickups. Selina is often seen hands on in the rooms in times of need. Which is so lovely, she understands the difficulty our daughter had in the morning drop off and always makes her feel welcome and willing to offer a warm hug. The educators in the rooms are great with the kids and always keep you update on your child's day. The learning sanctuary has an app, the parents use to check the child in and out of the centre. This app is used by staff to post pictures of your child throughout the day and keep you updated on sleep, toileting and meals eatten. Its always comforting to be able to check in on your child discretely while you are at the office.(sneaky look to see how long they have been sleeping for, or what they ate for lunch and how many servings) We love that the children are growing plants and eating their produce. Our child really loves nurturing the plants. Thanks to all the staff at TLS spotwood for turning this place around again. Selina and Vandana job welldone!

I had to change day care last year due to my family relocating and moving houses I saw a few Google reviews about Spotswood learning sanctuary and I wanted to write a few words as well as my experiences. My baby was taken care of by Sherin and Maria last year. Sherin clearly explained my baby's daily routine and made sure I was actively involved in the entire process so I knew my baby was in good hands, Thank you Sherin Also thanks to Selena and Vandana for be families.
