i had a horrible experience with this daycare

Excellent service and staff. Kids always happy and having fun when I pick them up. Staff are caring and happy to take the time to deal with upset kids on drop off.

Jarrod & Kara and the Chapter 1 educators are amazing!! They always go above and beyond to provide my son a safe and happy place to be in. The communication to parents is fantastic, they never miss a beat! Sending my 7month old to kindy when I had to go back to work was hard but the whole team made me feel at ease and provided him with the most loving and nurturing environment. He 15 months old now and he shares such a special bond with all of his educators. He is all smiles always and he can’t wait to run in the door at drop off! This was easily the best decision I could have made for my boy and we feel so unbelievably lucky to be apart of a the Chapter 1 family. Without a doubt the best Early Learning Centre in the Shire.

Chapter One and all their staff are wonderful! I was so nervous to return to work after maternity leave and put my son into day care. From day one I knew I had made the best decision. My son loves all of the educators and goes to them with open arms every time I drop him off. He is learning and developing and has so much fun with the activities they do each day. It’s great to know my son is being cared for in such a safe and loving environment.

My Son attends Chapter 1 Early Learning and I have nothing but positive things to say about the centre. Jarod and Kara, the owners, are attentive and warm and do everything possible to accomodate the needs of families. They are supported by an amazing and talented team of educators. The centre is family focused, connected to the community and provides a safe, secure, happy and fun space for the children who attend. I’m sop grateful to have found Chapter when we moved to Sydney and if you’re looking for people reliable, kind, considerate that your child will look forward to seeing each day, then Chapter one is the place.
