My daughter attended the 3 year old & is currently finishing up 4 year old Kinder. Overall, I'm very happy with the educators there, as well as the little community of parents we have built up. Love the set up of the outdoor play area too! Kinder is set in a nice leafy court.

We love East Burwood Preschool. This sessional kinder has only one class at 3 yr old and one at 4 yr old, so you definitely know which session you'll get. The timetable works very well with dropping off older kids at school. The teaching staff is exceptional. The outdoor space is magnificent. It is huge, very natural and has some beautiful features. They make great use of the space. Actually, the whole kinder has an emphasis on natural materials, and nature. There's not too much plastic stuff or overly bright, artificial colours. It is gorgeous to see the kids all pottering around in the garden - some digging and gardening, some pushing their babies in prams, some working in the mud kitchen on their 'potions,' some playing hospital in the cubby houses. The teachers lead play-based learning and a flexible program which can meet the needs of all the children. It is very inclusive, and if necessary, they make arrangements to ensure a child can join in safely and enjoy the program as much as everyone else.
