Cannot recommend highly enough, the center has found its feet after the change in ownership. The center manager Merin is doing an amazing job, staffing has been stable and every room has its own unique qualities to support the kids. Staff are patient, caring and fun and both my kids are loving their time there.

My children feel safe, loved, and excited to attend every day — which says everything. The staff go above and beyond to create a nurturing, engaging environment with meaningful learning experiences, creative activities, and strong communication with families. We always feel informed, supported, and confident that our children are in the best hands. It’s clear that this centre truly values children and their families. We are so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our children’s confidence, development, and happiness. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a warm, professional, and trustworthy childcare centre.

Sarah and the team at Imagination Garden made our first experience of childcare extremely positive (age 10 months - 1.5 years). The room leaders are extremely capable and organised. The app was updated consistently throughout the day, and I was kept updated about my son's day with photos most days. Illness was treated seriously which I appreciated, and there was genuine care and concern for the children if ever there was a virus making rounds. I was extremely happy with the centre management, cleanliness and facilities. I would highly recommend imagination garden.

0-2 yo rooms were really good for us and the educators (many of whom have left) were mostly great. One missing factor of an 'excellent' daycare was the lack of community there - they didn't have morning teas or invite any of the parents in to celebrate events. As soon as my child was moved to the 3+ yo rooms (at 2yo), chaos reigned. At pick up educators weren't aware of what happened through the day (and there were too many children to the amount of educators, they need more staff at that hour) and my son would be missing his shoes and socks every evening. Throughout the day he was often left to his own devices without being included in group activities - we saw this on the app where photos were taken and he was sitting in the corner by himself, and the last straw for us was when my son went all day without having his nappy changed. The staff ratios seemed off for children who were 2 and up - far more children than 1:11. We were really disappointed in the decline in care and were given an unsatisfactory explanation by new management, so we left abruptly.

Best centre in Geelong region in my experience. Well maintained, staffed place with ease of access and support to children at all times.
