Fantastic CC. Both of my kids enrolled in this amazing CC. The educator here is very responsible and nice to the kids. Lots of activities and learning opportunities. Highly recommend.

CSIROCare is the best childcare centre in Melbourne! Their secret lies in having experienced and dedicated educators who have been in the centre for many years. They are passionate about caring and education and they have the support needed to do their job well. We have trust the centre with both our kids and we could not be happier. I work in the area and it has been very convenient to have the kids so close, for easy pick up and drop off. The centre has been very flexible with our needs, the communication is excellent and the kids love all the learning activities they do.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at CSIROCare. From the very beginning, the team has created a warm, nurturing, and genuinely supportive environment where our daughter has been able to thrive. The educators are not only highly professional and attentive, but also deeply caring and invested in each child’s individual development. They take the time to understand her personality, interests, and needs, and it really shows in the way she feels safe, confident, and excited to attend each day. We’ve been especially impressed by the balance between structured learning and creative play. The activities are thoughtfully planned, encouraging curiosity, independence, and social development. It’s clear that a lot of intention goes into fostering both educational growth and emotional wellbeing. Communication with families is excellent — we always feel informed, involved, and reassured. The updates, feedback, and daily interactions give us great peace of mind knowing she is in such capable hands. Most importantly, our daughter genuinely loves being there. Seeing her happy, engaged, and growing in confidence is the best testament to the quality of care provided. We are incredibly grateful to the entire CSIROCare team and would highly recommend them to any family looking for a safe, enriching, and supportive childcare environment.

CSIROCare Clayton is a wonderful Not-For-Profit childcare centre. We have enrolled our son here before age one and the decision to come to CSIROCare has been a positive experience for both him and the family. He is close to three and is thriving. The community is very close knit the staff are incredibly caring and dedicated to the children and their wellbeing. The staff are also dedicated to their profession and being the best in the business, resulting in many staff members working for the long term. Our son truly enjoys his time at CSIROCare and rarely wants to leave once pickup time arrives. He speaks positively about his days at the centre and playing with his teachers and his friends. His interpersonal skills, his demeanour are all enhanced by the activities such as sport and music classes, his interactions with his peers and the teaching staff. I highly recommend CSIROCare for anyone considering childcare for their child. They would not be disappointed to enroll here. Thank you CSIROCare Clayton!

We absolutely love CSIROCare Clayton and feel so grateful to be part of it. The staff truly feel like family, and I always feel at ease knowing my kids are in such caring and familiar hands. My son has been through all 5 playrooms and has been happy at every stage, which really shows the consistency and quality of care. My daughter also started when she was just 10 months old, and she has been so well looked after. The long-standing team creates a safe, nurturing environment and genuinely supports each child’s learning and development. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing your children are cared for like family. Highly recommend!

My daughter attends this childcare. Right from day 1, we felt right at home. I really like the community feeling where every educator knows every child by their name. All educators are quite approachable. And I felt that the educators really like their job and love the children. Every day my daughter is quite excited to go to childcare and the kinder at this place.

CSIROCare is an outstanding not-for-profit centre that has had a truly positive impact on both my daughters and our family. I am incredibly grateful to be part of this community. The centre is professional, clean, and safe, while still maintaining a warm, family-oriented environment. The educators are caring, approachable, and genuinely invested in the children. They play and organise activities for the children and take the time to share updates about your child’s day when you pick up your child. Moving my older daughter to CSIROCare from another childcare was one of the best decisions I’ve made for her development—I only wish I had found it sooner. Since the move, she was noticeably happier and she stopped having a skin irritation that she would periodically develop after attending her former childcare. She didn’t even want to leave at pick-up time. My younger daughter, who is two, constantly talks about her educators and is excited to attend each day, which speaks volumes about the environment. It’s also clear that the staff truly value the centre, reflected in the excellent staff retention. The additional programs, such as music, sports, and excursions, are fantastic and add so much to my children's experience. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at CSIROCare Clayton!

This is a wonderful early learning centre. Both my daughters attended and it was terrific for our family. My wife and I have been nothing but impressed with the staff and the facilities. I also love that it is a not for profit enterprise. It is a service not a business and this shows in their treatment of the children and their parents.
