I’m writing to share my experience at Rainbow Kindy, both as a student and a newly educator. I recently completed a truly enriching and positive work placement at Rainbow Kindy, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity. From my very first day, I was welcomed into a warm, vibrant, and supportive environment. The team’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion for early childhood education made a lasting impression on me. I felt encouraged every day to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully. Throughout my placement, I gained invaluable hands-on experience assisting with daily activities, engaging with children through imaginative play, and engaging with children across different age groups. I’ve significantly improved my ability to observe developmental stages and communicate effectively with both children and staff, and I continue to learn every day. The educators at Rainbow Kindy are incredibly professional and helpful. I’ve learned so much from them already, and I’m eager to continue learning and growing in the future. This experience has strengthened my skills in communication, observation, and collaboration, and has deepened my passion for working with children. Thank you again, Ms Ling, and to the entire Rainbow Kindy team, for your guidance, support, and for creating such a positive learning environment. I highly recommend Rainbow Kindy .We had a difficult experience at our daughter's previous center, where she spent over a year with little to no noticeable improvement. However, within just one month of starting at Rainbow Kindy, we've seen incredible changes in her development. Ms Ling Ling is truly exceptional. She's not just an amazing teacher and center owner, she's a "Magician" who understands exactly what techniques work best for children. We started at Rainbow Kindy when they opened. Our eldest daughter was doing a few days at another daycare but I knew that... We started at Rainbow Kindy when they opened. Our eldest daughter was doing a few days at another daycare but I knew that RK was teaching Mandarin and I wanted to give the opportunity to learn second language to my children. Within 2 weeks I'd removed my children from the other daycare and put them in with Rainbow kindy for all their days. 5 years and 3 children on I couldn't be happier with the love and care they receive every day from the team and Miss Ling ling. It is such a beautiful, multicultural and positive place that I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone who wants the very best for their children. Read more
