We have been a part of the Black Rock Kinder for the last 4 years. Both my girls attended and absolutely loved it. The educators are so nurturing, and really care for the children. They provide the children with the skills to help them with a smooth transition into school. The beach kinder program is a highlight among all the other fun activities they provide. The new playground is wonderful too.

What makes BRPS so amazing is the people. Miss Kate & Miss Tanya truely look after the kids as is they are their own. Everyday our son was excited about going to Kindy, he’d literally run through the gate (not the same at day care!). The new garden / play area is amazing and the action packed calendar of incursions made for interesting stories each evening. Other centres may have newer buildings, new toys etc but BRPS has a real soul and sense of community that can’t be matched.

This is honestly such a special little kinder! The kids just had such a wonderful year with their class. It was a beautiful experience for the children and they made lovely little friends and went on some fun adventures too! The teachers are so kind and caring of the children and it is evident they put so much effort and in to what they do.

I can not recommend Black Rock Pre School enough. The teachers and assistants are so lovely and dedicated and really do care for the children as if they were there own. My daughter has loved her time at BRPS and will really miss it as she heads off to primary school next year.

We had a traumatising experience when my son attended this kinder. The staff should go through more vigorous protocols before hiring. One educator in particular had the audacity to say my son and I quote; “I think he has something wrong with his brain”. I expressed my concern regarding this comment up with the head of the kinder and I was only reassured this particular educator will not be allowed to return from her maternity leave. There was no formal apology on behalf of the kinder. Quite frankly this matter should’ve been taken more seriously!
