Leaving your child in the hands of others especially for the first time can be very daunting but placing my son in the hands of Your Kids Our Kids Moorebank was the best decision I ever made. From the second I got into contact, they made me feel like family, relieved all my stresses and gave me soo much reassurance which put my husband and I at ease. Since my son has started there I have found my self to be consistently boasting soo proudly about the center and staff to others due to their proven excellence and ongoing high quality of care and professionalism. Not only do the educators always go above and beyond in supporting my little ones growth and development but the culture of care the center is built on encourages and celebrates each child’s individuality and unique strengths. I love how the kids are always thriving of each other and celebrating each other’s achievements whilst building such amazing connections. It brings me so much pride and happiness in seeing how much of a strong support system they are together and how much they flourish in such a setting. Their open communication, nurturing and encouraging ways, ongoing dedication, attention to detail, positive guidance and inclusive learning environment are just some of the amazing qualities the center holds as I can seriously go on and on. Words can never express how extremely grateful we are for the Your Kids Our Kids Team. My son has been attending Your Kids Our Kids for the past two years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love, care, and support he’s received during his time there. When he first started, he was a shy and withdrawn little boy, but with the patience, encouragement, and kindness from all the educators, he has grown into such a confident, happy, and social child. The educators go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, valued, and included. It’s so clear how much they truly care. Hearing him talk about the friends his made, how much fun they had, and what activities they did for the day is so heartwarming. YKOK has been the best decision we made for our little one to grow and develop on his journey into school life. As new parents enrolling their child into care comes fear and doubt that your picking the right centre, however each day we are reassured that we have made the right choice. The educators have gone above and beyond to make sure our little one adjusted and transitioned into this new phase smoothly. It hasn't been easy on them, but each day I feel safe knowing he is in their care and reassured that he growing and developing. The time and support they put into ensuring he is engaging and feeling settled, and the patience they show is second to none. They personalise their days and activities to ensure all the kids feel seen and special. The communication between staff and parents has been incredible. I am always at ease knowing he is settled. Any concerns are always responded to promptly, and any highlights that should be celebrated are always communicated. Even the small things, which matter the most to a mum who is also learning to let go. Their facilities are always clean, and cannot be faulted. The staff at YKOK is the real highlight - they are so nurturing and make you feel welcomed, understood, and nothing is ever too much for them. They listen to the kids ideas and interests and involve them in their learning journey catering special activities. We are extremely lucky we found such an amazing centre.

It is an absolute privilege to have the entire YKOK team part of my "village". Each and every one of the team members consistently go above and beyond to ensure your child feels safe, secure and that they are in an environment where they thrive. My kids are nurtured by the emotional validation and development by the team and constantly have their curiosity and eagerness to learn embraced by their educators. Ensuring the kids' weekend adventures are incorporated into their learning is just one prime example: from cinema days, lemonade stands, regular baking sessions to their science experiments. Leaving your child in the trust of someone else is one of the biggest decisions to make but I can honestly say with YKOK, the entire process was re-assuring. YKOK have been part of our family for the past 6 years with both my children having been part of their community. The parts that stand out to me is the genuine interest in the wellbeing of the kids and the partnership I felt with regards to the kids reaching their own milestones or goals. Learning is also a huge focus which is the-assuring as the kids prepare for big school. Outside of this, my kids adore their teachers and find comfort in them - that’s the best you could ask for. YKOK is a fantastic centre that always offers such educational varied activities all while keeping the kids engaged. The educators are very attentive to the kids and always communicate amazingly with us parents about their day. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone. They supply a wide variety of foods to for the kids and always seek input and feedback from parents.

We came from a centre that we had a bad experience with so it was hard for us to put our trust into another centre but the team at YKOK have been absolutely amazing! From day one the educators have been kind, welcoming and understanding and our son has come so far in just 6 months. I feel so lucky that we have found such a perfect daycare with the best educators you could ever ask for :)
