As a previous worker and parent, I would 100% stay away from Wonderschool Conder. So many serious incidents get swept under the rug... As a previous worker and parent, I would 100% stay away from Wonderschool Conder. So many serious incidents get swept under the rug such as children being left unattended and mistreated (spoken to with zero respect and as if they mean nothing). Management treat the educators unfairly and if you are not the team leader in each room you are basically non existent to them and mean nothing. If you reach out for help you will not receive it at all. Management is never on the floor and around the children. They are 100% out of touch with what it’s like to spend a full day in the classroom and they do not offer support at all. I’ve been hesitant to post anything as it will seem that I am coming off as a disgruntled employee but I left this service for a reason. The children are moved up into the next room before they are ready and it’s all focused on making money and not quality education or care. If you are a family and you raise a concerns you will be bad mouthed behind your back and not taken seriously. I could write paragraphs about why to avoid this centre. Nearly all of the positive and caring educators have left for a reason. I would avoid this service completely. Read more

Wonderschool has been been nothing short of amazing for our son. From management to the room educators, I cannot complain. Our son loves... Wonderschool has been been nothing short of amazing for our son. From management to the room educators, I cannot complain. Our son loves going and has really bonded with lots of educators across the centre. I would recommend Wonderschool’s to everyone. We couldn’t be more happy with the care, dedication, learning a provided to our son. Read more
