Shocking center, unprofessional staff that abuse and ignore children if they are a bit different, nurodiverse or gifted. Make up incident reports, dont clean children that are not potty trained, disrespectful towards Parents and children, zero updates on what children actually do there. If your child doesnt fit inside their simple easy box mould they can tolerate forget your child getting treated well, getting attention at all. Fake updates put in your childs folder, very lazy staff. Echo and Liz yell at children and Parents awful people who shouldn't be working with children caused our child truama. Honestly stay away from this place its the worst center and Headoffice is a joke, blanket cover crap for their ill manner uneducated staff who abuse and neglect little children and are so unprofessional.. Non stop come up with Action plans that are never followed through. save your child and yourself what we went through that caused our child such damage and PTSD to myself from those people, Nightmares and no matter what our child was robbed of 3 year old kindie experience and was tortured here and sustained so much. Please go elsewhere.
