Gracemere Goodstart is amazing! My oldest girl graduated from kindy here and my son is currently in kindy. From day dot the staff have been exceptional! They are so kind, professional, always greeting you with a smile and ready for a chat. I honestly have not had any issues with the centre at all over the last 4+ years. My son loves the centre so much that even on his days off he gets dressed and ready for daycare. He gets upset when I tell him that he doesn’t have daycare that day and asks “why”. I always have to explain to him that the daycare is closed on weekends. Just him wanting to be at daycare everyday is so reassuring. It obviously means this daycare is a safe place for him and he enjoys it so much. My children have always connected with the staff and are always telling me about them and how much they “love” them. Even when my daughter and I drop off my son the staff have a chat to my daughter and ask how she is going at school. Such a warm environment! The centre is very good with communication and are constantly updating parents via the app or in person. The health and safety standards and protocols are always being followed and the parents are always getting updated. The cleanliness is also top notch! The centres food menus are also amazing, my son is a picky eater at home but will always eat everything served at the centre. I have been recommending this daycare to everyone since we started and will continue to do so! Good job Goodstart Gracemere and Thankyou for all that you do for our children ❤️

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my little girl receives from Goodstart Gracemere. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The communication between the staff and us as parents has been outstanding, keeping us informed about daily activities (with photos!) and development every step of the way. One of the standouts are the meals provided. Nutritious and palatable for developing tastebuds, I'm always pleased to read my little one finishes all of her meals at daycare (I only wish they came with a recipe book and the secret to getting her to eat at home 😅). They have always been great with dietary requirements, even if we're just trialling different foods. When she was younger, we even received feedback about her nappy output which was a great relief to a stressed first-time Mumma! But what truly sets this daycare apart is the sense of family they cultivate. My child has formed incredibly strong bonds with all the staff members, who treat her with love, respect, and individualised attention. They all knew her name on the first day, and her favourite is constantly changing. It's heartwarming to see my child so excited to go to daycare every day, and comfortable in the arms of her carers as I leave. I cannot recommend this daycare highly enough. It's not just a place for childcare; it's a second home for our little one where families feel welcomed and supported.

Such a Beautiful team with a great learning environment! My 3yo boy started daycare this year for the very first time and even though that can be nerve racking leaving your child in the hands of others, when you walk through those doors and are greeted by such beautiful staff members, those nerves are instantly gone and I knew he was in amazing hands. My boy bonded soo quickly with the centre director and he felt so safe with her, in a scary new experience for him. Everyday he so quickly built the most precious bonds with each other Educator within the centre. Each Educator is so kind & nurturing, and you can see they really care for and support all the kids in their care. So much effort is put into activities for the kids to get involved in and strengthen developmental skills across the board. I have recommended this centre to many friends and family, it's truly the best place to send your kids.

My son started with the centre recently. We were given a tour and immediately we felt so welcomed from the initial phone call enquiry to our walk through the doors. We were given “play dates” before we started which were great! All the girls are so lovely and very attentive. Absolutely love the centre and so happy that our little guy got in here! Definitely a weight off our shoulders and no apprehensions! 😊

Excellent daycare. My daughter has settled in amazingly well and has found comfort with her carers. They keep me updated with how my child is developing and the activities they have done through out the day. Rihanna has helped my family with finding extra days for daycare and being a great support.

My 3 children have each gone to the Gracemere Goodstart centre with my youngest leaving next year for prep. I could not have asked for a more amazing daycare for my children to have grown up in. The educators are devoted to each child in their needs and parents wishes. The welcoming energy when you walk through the doors and meet the ladies is so comforting you know your children are in safe hands. So thank you for all that you do. Gracemere Goodstart is a great choice.

So glad my two kids go to this centre! We have had fantastic experiences with all the staff at the centre, always friendly & helpful & can tell they truly care about the kids. My two are progressing very well in soo much aspects. My 4 year old is eating better, excited to eat different things which is ASTOUNDING, he is excited to go to kindy & has learnt so much, he's so excited to see the chicks hatch! My 1 year old has done so well socially & her walking has improved too. We love how the educators take cues from the kids, as to what they like to do & will fuel that with activities. Very happy & recommend 😊😊

This is an amazing centre, staff are always friendly and welcoming. My family always feel welcome and respected. The centre creates a safe and happy environment for my children, and they love all the activities and learning that are provided at this centre. The Centre director is amazing and supportive too😁

Most importantly, the staff are excellent. The centre itself is clean and inviting, the outside play area is large and well shaded.
