Bad service, questionable staff morality.

My boys have been attending CCCC since they were 9 months old, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The staff and team are fantastic. They take great care in managing my boys’ allergies and eczema. The director is also highly responsible and approachable, making communication easy and reassuring.

We’ve had our child attending this childcare centre for more than 2 years, and overall our experience has been positive. What we really appreciated was the mostly good food choices, healthy atmosphere and the fact that most of our requests were taken into account with feedback provided. Our kid and I also had a few favourite teachers who made a real difference. Some of our favourite activities were movie nights, Ukrainian cuisine days ❤️, book exchanges, and coffee catch-ups — overall, the centre has a friendly and welcoming community. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. There were a couple of incidents that concerned us. When just started, our child was left to sleep on the ground on a small carpet, which didn’t feel appropriate. Another time, a serious injury was not handled as well as expected — we were initially told it was just sand in his eyes, but we later had to visit a doctor. After discussing the situation, we did receive an apology, which we appreciated, and we chose to move forward, hoping that lessons were learned. Overall, we value the positive environment and the efforts of many of the staff, and we’re grateful for the role the centre has played in our child’s early years. With more consistency in staff attentiveness and clearer handling of incidents, this could easily be an excellent childcare centre.

Our family had an amazing experience at CCCC. My son started at 6 months and stayed until 3.5 years—the only reason we’re leaving is because we’re moving interstate. The educators genuinely care, and the leadership listens, acts on feedback, and always puts kids and staff first. We felt welcomed from day one and truly part of a community. CCCC is a non-profit that reinvests in the center, and the leadership team does an incredible job every day keeping everything running smoothly. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful for the all educator who have looked after my child and provide her a sense of belonging during her stay. The educators were dedicated, caring and nurturing to my child. They build strong and secure relationship with the children as well as parents. It's definitely one of the childcare centre I would recommend others to join.

I only have good things to say about this childcare. I'm so glad I found them—my kids have been truly happy here and have learned so much. They've built strong bonds with all the educators and made wonderful friends. The team is professional, kind, and genuinely caring. It's amazing how they make you feel like part of the Campbelltown family. Thank you so much!

They are child focused, Reggio inspired, have a loving, caring, supportive team of educators, teachers and managers who are very experienced and knowledgeable. My 2 year old son loved here from the moment he walked through the doors.

Campbelltown Child Care Centre is a fantastic Centre with amazing and caring staff. Our child had an enjoyable learning experience during their attendance in ther centre over couple of years. We would like to thank the centre for taking great care of our child and highly recommend CCCC to anyone looking for a Pre-school for their little one! Jaz

We've been with Campbelltown Community Childcare for four years and absolutely love it! The educators are attentive, nurturing, and create a warm, welcoming environment. The facilities are always clean and safe, and my kids enjoy the diverse activities and outdoor play areas. Communication with staff is excellent, keeping us well-informed and involved. Highly recommend!

Amazing Childcare Centre! I attended the centre for over 8 years with all three of my children. All three kids started in the babies’ room at 6 months of age and all attended 3-4 days a week up until school. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the management team were very approachable. The outside play area is incredible and sets the childcare centre apart from other centres. All three children loved their time at the centre and formed nice relationships with kids both younger and older than them. I could not recommend the centre enough.
