SDN Mosman provides quality early childhood education and child care for 56 children per day aged 6 weeks to school age, in the beautiful Lower North Shore suburb of Mosman. The centre is part of SDN Children's Services, which is a not for profit organisation.
SDN Mosman has a real feel of being 'a home away from home'. Through a child-led approach, all learning opportunities are tailored to the child’s unique interests and strengths.
The centre is known as a green oasis, as the outdoor area is where the children can embark on their daily adventures. The safe environments are designed for children to run, jump and play. Children are encouraged to use their imagination and invent games while learning about the world at their own pace and developing their social skills.
The rooms are well-resourced, with many age-appropriate educational toys and equipment. The children can explore various activities such as spaces for creating art, a nature corner, reading, painting, puzzles and much more.
We also offer extracurricular programs such as music class and yoga.
We have an in-house chef who prepares fresh and nutritional meals daily.
We develop a strong sense of community through local walks and inviting the community into our centre. Exciting community excursions include the library, cafes, parks, museums and Taronga Zoo. We encourage families and grandparents to join our excursions too, as well as to come together for special centre events throughout the year.
We work in partnership with families to set goals for your child, and our qualified educators follow each child's interests.
SDN is committed to being a child safe organisation.

SDN Children’s Services
As the year wraps up, SDN is proud to share that we've positively impacted 5,235 children and families across our village. 🙌🙌🏻🙌🏾 This is a 9% increase from last year, driven by a growth in the number of children at our centres and by supporting more children and families with additional needs. 😍 We also actively advocate for inclusion in the wider early childhood sector, supporting 363 other service providers through agency programs (such as Start Strong Pathways, and Child & Family Interagency). As we approach our 120th year, we're excited to continue supporting children and families in inclusive environments. 🌟 #SDNChildrensServices #SDNVillage #SDN120 #OurImpact #ChildrensServices #EarlyChildhood #Inclusion #Advocacy #CareForKids
