My child has been attending Good Start Lower Plenty full-time for the past 12 months. We cannot overstate how happy we are with the the educators and the support we have received here. The educators at this centre go above and beyond to connect and build relationships with the children. Each day when I collect my son, I find him happily playing in the yard and the educators actively engaging with the children (reading books, playing in the sandpit or singing and dancing). The educators go out of their way to keep me updated on my sons interests and development, and always take the time to give me a short debrief on how his day went. In particular, I'd like to recognise the amazing efforts of the Fay, May and Youfei in the Nursery rooms. As a parent, it such a wonderful feeling to know that you are leaving your child with people who are not only invested in their learning and development, but who genuinely love caring for them. My child attends the center in the nursery room, Her educator, May, is absolutely Brilliant. My daughter loves her. I know she is going to be well looked after, safe and loved when she is in May's care. Would highly recommend if you are looking to put your baby into care for the first time.

I love this centre. The team are amazing and helping me raise a great little person. My toddler loves the amount of outdoor space the centre has. There’s nothing comparable locally. And I love that they have a kitchen on site for all snacks and meals. Not to mention easier parking than most centres!

Very happy with this daycare/kinder. The play space out the back is so big and surrounded by gumtrees. The staff are always happy to chat or answer any questions we have. From every interaction i have seen, the staff are kind and professional with the children. My son has learnt so much in the year he has been here and loves his educators. Highly recommend.

I transferred my daughter to this centre after moving to the area. I was really happy with the care at our last centre and was apprehensive about the move. I needn't have worried, the centre is fantastic and my daughter is so happy there. Firstly, the educators are wonderful and caring, my daughter has bonded with all of the room educators, even other room educators and regular casuals as it is always the same faces. Most of her educators have been there for many years and you can see how much they love the children and how the children love them. Management is extremely responsive and no question is too silly, I have found them a pleasure to deal with. The centre has a huge outdoor space which is full of beautiful gum trees, and so many fun things for the kids to play with outside. My daughter has different activities every day and the centre is very proactive in asking for feedback. The car park out the front is huuge, which makes drop off so easy as you can always get a space! The effort and time spent with my both me and daughter during orientation and the first few weeks of settling in was outstanding. I really haven't got a bad word to say, I highly recommend Goodstart Lower Plenty.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care at Goodstart Lower Plenty! The huge backyard is a highlight - it's such a fantastic space for the kids to explore and play. What really stands out though, is how well the staff know our daughter. They truly understand her individual needs and personality, which makes us feel incredibly confident in the care she's getting. It's a place where she feels safe, loved and supported every day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing environment!

Love Lower Plenty Goodstart. I’ve been to a couple of child care centres in the area and this centre has been the only one I’ve attended which has had consistent staff, high quality care and great hygiene. Huge thanks to Claire and the team !

After many tours at other childcare centres, I knew this was the one for my baby who started in the Nursery. It feels like home and all the staff genuinely care, even if there is a fill-in! The staff communicate well amongst each other and post photos on Storypark. They respond well to unsettled children and make it fun for what the kids are interested in. They are present with the kids and know them all so well. They don’t spend time on the iPads updating when nappies were changed or what’s been eaten etc, you can check the chart when you pick your little one up.

My son has been at Goodstart Lower Plenty for almost two years now and we are very happy with the care and education he receives there. He absolutely loves his daycare days, he has had wonderful educators in both of the rooms he has been in. They have nurtured him, provided a high level of education and shown him so much warmth and care. The outdoor area is huge. Special mention to how great this centre has been with my son’s numerous allergies also. Would highly recommend 😊.
