Our son is four years old and has really struggled to find his place at previous schools. We’re currently having him assessed for any neurodivergent needs, so finding the right environment for him has been incredibly important to us.

Perfect Start has been absolutely amazing. They have been so accommodating, understanding and supportive of him, and of us as parents. No two days are the same, but whatever kind of day he is having, they meet him with patience, kindness and understanding.

The support he has been given, as well as the support they have given us as parents, has been astronomical. Most importantly, when our son has a difficult day, we never feel like he is a burden.

We feel incredibly blessed to have found a place that understands the way he learns and experiences the world, accepts him for who he is, and supports him in the ways he needs.

We couldn’t be more grateful to Perfect Start and everything they have done for our son and our family. ❤️

We have had such an amazing experience at Perfect Start Birkdale! Highly recommend this centre and its wonderful team full of kind and caring educators!

Our experience so far at Perfect Start has been great! They have made myself and my son feel very welcome and have remembered our names and ensured to see how everything has been going each time on drop off and pick up which is so personal!

We absolutely love this daycare! The facilities are amazing and the staff are all so lovely and welcoming. My son has settled in so well and his transition has been much easier than I expected. He’s so happy there and we’re really glad we made the move. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We have had the best experience at Perfect Start after a rough patch at a previous centre. Our son has high needs and requires a bit more support and the staff have been so welcoming and accommodating! It makes us feel confident knowing that he is going to staff that genuinely care for his wellbeing and are willing to work with us. Could not recommend this centre more!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this centre. As this was my child’s first time attending a childcare centre, I was naturally nervous about how they would adjust. The educators and staff went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible, helping my child feel welcome, safe, and comfortable from the very beginning. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. It’s clear how much love and effort goes into creating a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment. The communication from staff has always been excellent, and I’ve always felt reassured knowing my child is in the hands of people who truly care. Seeing my child’s excitement each day and the growth in confidence, independence, learning, and social skills has meant so much to me. There is no greater comfort as a parent than knowing your child feels happy, secure, and valued while they’re away from home. I am incredibly grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their child will be encouraged, supported, and cared for with kindness and genuine dedication.

My child has been in PSB for over two years now and we both have been very happy. Excellent setup with all rooms elevated and north facing to the playground overlooking big trees and lots of grass. Beautiful, Fresh, clean, safe, animals birds possums etc and vegetable garden, open plan no where to hide or be feeling compacted. Swimming lessons, sports, educational extracurricular programs to advance your child’s health and wellbeing. Very kind and supportive they have always helped us to achieve the best outcomes and they go out of their way to help special needs and care for each individual child.

My girls have LOVED their time at Perfect Start. I’m almost sad this is our last year there!
