Definitely not a nice experience at this centre. Kindy room child says kids are told to stand in the corner when crying. Toddler... Definitely not a nice experience at this centre. Kindy room child says kids are told to stand in the corner when crying. Toddler was put to sleep and staff lied saying he wasn’t , I suspected for months and then I went in unannounced at lunch time to find him sleeping. All in all my 6 month experience was terrible. Couple nice staff members but toddler room leader and management is appalling. I’d stay clear for anyone thinking of this centre until management and some staff left. Read more

This place is the best. Our boy loves it there and is always so excited to go. He has been going there for... This place is the best. Our boy loves it there and is always so excited to go. He has been going there for the last year and will continue this year after Kindy. The Staff are amazing and they teach the kids so much. They have an app where you can keep up with everything your child is doing each day including pictures. And your main point of contact is Teegan who could not be more helpful. Read more

I’ve been made aware an email sent from the Director Gerry to all parents at sunshine child care. Please be aware The investigation is still ongoing and no outcome has been provided to Sunshine as of yet. I would not recommend, Started off so nice but ended bitter sweet after 1.8 plus years here. They’re absolute idiots for letting Jackie leave. The straw that broke the camels back was my little one disclosing to me that they had been touched. From that point I started to drop down their days and sent our two week notice as the facility did nothing & still hasn’t and it’s been two months. I still haven’t received a response from that email which had photo evidence of my child being left to sit in their fecal matter too. There is little & lacking communication between the centre. I’ve been awaiting the centre director as advised in person & email to contact me - Ive been waiting two months & still no contact. For a matter as serious a a child disclosing you’d think they would take this matter seriously. Sunshine child care hasn’t let me know anything that they have done or doing about this situation. Great staff at this Facility are Maha, Beyond fantastic at what she does. Jamie who’s hands down just phenomenal. Jackie whom left sadly. Whatever they respond if they do It will just be saving face. The staff are very caring towards the baby’s especially when I do drop offs with my son he cry’s the staff are fast to help and comfort my son evin tho he cry’s and finds it hard to see me leave. All the lady’s have great communication they inform me of everything witch I really appreciate thank you.
