Sending our children to Grace Village was the best decision we made. The centre itself is warm and inviting, well thought out spaces, fantastic outdoor areas and an outdoor/indoor area that has to be seen to be believed! Chefs onsite making wonderful nutricious meals for our kids everyday was amazing! The best thing about Grace Village has to be the educators - you will not find a more loving, nurturing and informed group of educators anywhere - you are treated like family the moment you enter. They were always eager to answer questions or concerns and happy to chat about how things went for our kids every day! They have set up our children for a great start to school and life. As the saying goes "It takes a village to raise a child" - it has been wonderful to be a part of Grace Village, our children truly enjoyed their time with you and learnt so much - not just academically, but more importantly about life, making friends, being curious and just being themselves. A lot of places refer to themselves as being a 'family', but so few places actually mean it. From the minute I walked into GV I knew it was special. My kids absolutely adored it... my 3 year old was always sad on a Saturday because they were closed!! When we lost our grandma, the kitchen staff made us a dish to last a few days. When my son particularly liked a lunch, they packed extra for us to take home with a handwritten recipe on top. The staff treat our little ones like their own, and for that I will be forever grateful. When we decided to relocate to the coast, leaving GV was the hardest part. There were so many tears, and even now writing this review has me in all the feels. I know leaving your kids with anyone is scary, but at GV, they will be in the best, best best of hands, with teachers who genuinely care, and owners who go above and beyond to ensure every single detail is done properly. The absolute best ELC there is, and it will be forever in our hearts.

Grace Village and their team has been supportive, understanding and nurturing of my daughter and our family and circumstances over the last 5 years we have been enrolled. From supporting our breastfeeding journey during COVID times, to reaching out when our daughter as a toddler was hospitalised for a period and offering care, kindness and support for all life throws at you. Grace Village Early Learning was the first and only daycare we looked at, and from the moment we walked in we knew it was the right place for our family. Our two children attended GV from 2019 to 2025, and it truly became such a special part of our lives. Early learning is an incredibly heavily regulated industry, and while the rules can sometimes feel frustrating as a parent, it was always clear that these requirements were followed with care, professionalism, and the children’s best interests at heart. What really sets Grace Village apart is the culture Ray and Chantel have created. They genuinely built a village — not just a childcare centre. From being able to get a haircut on site, to working from the third space, to the incredible Easter and Christmas carnivals they host for families, there is such a strong sense of community and connection. Our children were supported, nurtured, and known as individuals, and we always felt welcomed and included as parents. Leaving was emotional, and that alone says everything about the impact this centre has had on our family. We are so grateful to Ray, Chantel, and the entire Grace Village team for the years of care, memories, and foundations they gave our children. We are so incredibly grateful to GRACE VILLAGE for looking after our two children over the past 6 years. It has truly been a second home for our family. The educators are nurturing, loving, and genuinely care about each child’s growth and wellbeing. Where do I even begin!? Grace Village is the definition of a true Village! My children have been attending for 2 years and counting and the educators here are absolutely astounding. A warm, welcoming, supportive and caring team of people who sow into each child as if they were their own. Not only do my children love it here, they have excelled in their vocabulary and cognitive skills thanks to the wonderful team of educators. I can't say enough positive things about Grace Village! I've had the privilege of sending both of my children here, and it has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first day, the staff made both my kids feel safe, loved, and engaged. The nurturing environment, combined with a well-rounded curriculum, has supported their emotional and academic growth in ways I couldn’t have imagined. The team are exceptional—so caring, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’ve seen my children thrive in this environment, building confidence and developing valuable social skills. My family and I were so lucky to have been able to attend Grace Village. My daughter Matilda graduated last year from this centre and I have nothing but positive things to say. Grace village is truly a special place to send your kids. Everyone is so welcoming and they say it takes a village to raise a child and that is exactly what Grace Village is. Our Village!
