Thank you to the Nursery 1 team for taking such amazing care of our daughter. Sending our 4 month old to daycare four days a week was a big step for us, but you’ve made it feel so easy. The whole place has such good vibes ✨️ everyone is friendly, welcoming, and great with communication. It’s clear how much love and attention they give every day. We’re really grateful to have found this centre.

We have had the most wonderful experience with Pakenham ELC. From the moment my son started at just 4 months old, the team have shown the utmost genuine care, love, and dedication towards him. It truly feels like a second home. Every staff member is welcoming, friendly, and approachable, which makes such a difference as a parent. You can see how much they genuinely care about the children in their care. My son absolutely loves attending and tells me every day how much fun he has, which gives me complete peace of mind. One thing that truly stands out is how well the staff listen to and communicate with parents. They always take the time to hear any questions, concerns, or requests I have and genuinely take on board everything I ask or say. It gives me so much confidence knowing my voice as a parent is valued and respected, and that my son’s care is always tailored to his individual needs. I am so grateful for the nurturing, supportive, and positive environment Pakenham ELC provides. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to any family looking for a childcare centre that truly goes above and beyond.

The Best Kinder in Pakenham. Our Both Kids went there Since 2020. Manager is really good and helpful. She even went with us and help us to get smooth transition with the school admission for our son, which nobody does that. Rachel, Ranmal & Sophie are the best teachers. Highly recommended. Absolutely outstanding childcare! I'm beyond impressed with the level of care and attention provided. The staff are incredibly warm, professional, and nurturing. My daughter started in the Toddler 1 room and settled in beautifully—she genuinely looks forward to going every day. It's clear she feels safe, happy, and loved. I couldn't be more satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend this centre to any parent seeking exceptional care.

We absolutely love this daycare. I feel confident leaving my child there each day, knowing she’s being cared for, nurtured, and supported in her learning. The educators take such great care in getting to know each child and their individual interests, and it really shows. My daughter has gained so much knowledge since being enrolled — her speech has come so far, she’s always happy, and she comes home full of stories to tell me. She genuinely loves going, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful team who make it such a positive place.

Disappointing Experience with YMCA Childcare Centre-Pakenham We had a very disappointing experience with this centre. We drove all the way from the West for a scheduled tour for Kinder 3 in 2026, which was confirmed by the centre staff themselves. Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic and rain, we arrived around 20 minutes late. Upon arrival, we were not accommodated at all. The centre manager opened the door and informed us that there was no point in proceeding with the tour as there would be no availability for next year, and she needed to attend to another family’s tour booking. It was quite frustrating, especially considering they were the ones who called to confirm our booking and were fully aware that our interest was for Kinder 3 in 2026—not 2025. It could have been much better if they had informed us about the unavailability during the confirmation call. That simple courtesy would have saved everyone’s time and effort. We understand that schedules can be tight, but a little professionalism and consideration would have gone a long way.

We’ve had a fantastic experience at YMCA Pakenham. From day one, the kinder teacher and all the educators have made our children feel welcome, supported, and have taken the time to get to know them. Racheal, Jenny and Ranmal create such a warm, inclusive environment which allows our son to be himself. Their patience, creativity, and dedication truly shine, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s development. Our son’s confidence has grown immensely and his educators know exactly how to challenge him to help him grow and learn. Issy and Nora have taken so much time to really get to know our daughter’s personality and know exactly how to settle her and make her feel comfortable. She has built strong relationships with her educators and we are so grateful for the care and support she is shown everyday. The centre manager Carly, and 2IC Dani are both welcoming and it is very clear they are passionate about the centre and the outcomes for the children. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. All the educators are welcoming and always put in the effort to ensure the children are happy and settled. We’re so grateful for the amazing start our children have had at the Y!

Wonderful daycare. My daughter is in the nursery and has been since she was 5 months old. The staff are kind, caring and very professional. A lovely daycare that genuinely cares about all the kids that go there!

YMCA Pakenham has shown us nothing but warmth since my daughters started here. I feel safe have my child here and they feel it as their second home which is shown on drop offs when my daughter reaches out for her educators and yells out their names. Cant fault the love and care the educators have shown my daughter.
