We could not be happier at Launchpad! The staff are wonderful, friendly and go above and beyond, the communication is excellent, the food is amazing, the rooms and yard are outstanding and the management gives us great comfort in the safety, education and happiness of our little one. We value so many things at this centre but something that stands out to us at Launchpad is the way they actively support our child’s development. The educators are thoughtful in identifying his individual learning opportunities and using engaging resources to help him grow and learn, which in our experience sets them high above other local centres. He absolutely loves it there and is so happy to go every day. We feel very grateful to be part of such a supportive, nurturing community (and this centre really does feel like a community!) and highly recommend this centre to other families!

We’ve had a fantastic experience at Launchpad Early Learning. Jess and Mel are an excellent management team. They are approachable, supportive and always communicating clearly and promptly. The educators genuinely care for the children while teaching lifelong skills and creating a strong sense of belonging. Child safety is clearly a priority, giving us great peace of mind. We are really felt supported as a family by the wonderful team at Launchpad.

We have had our son enrolled at Launchpad ELC since opening and could not recommend the centre more highly. our daughter is currently in nursery and absolutely loves being there. We came from another centre in the area that we were not happy with so to go somewhere that has such a high quality of care and facilities that are the best in the area was very comforting Would happily recommend Launchpad to families who want their children to thrive and as a parent you will have peace of mind that your children are getting the best care.

Absolutely love this centre every educator & admin, best decision I have ever made is sending my 2 kids here,

I’ve had two of my kids go through Launchpad, and we’ve enrolled our third. I can’t recommend Launchpad Diamond Creek High enough! Toilet training? Piece of cake. Sleep training? No worries. They go above and beyond to make sure our days work for us. A special shoutout to Molly and the staff who still ask about our oldest daughter, who’s now in kinder. You all care so much and make the kids feel special.

We have been with Launchpad since they opened and they have been amazing. I now have 2 kids in their care and the staff, facilities, meals and everything in between have been fantastic. The management team are wonderful and the educators in the rooms are beautiful, caring people. We will be very sad to leave once our kids start school.

My daughter Pippa has been at Launch Pad for almost two years, and we could not recommend it highly enough. The centre is modern, clean, and has fantastic play areas and equipment for the children. The staff consistently go above and beyond — they are incredibly caring, inclusive, and welcoming, and make Pip feel Valued. We feel very lucky to be part of the Launch Pad community.

We have loved every part of our experience with Launchpad! We started off in the junior nursery and have moved up since and we have nothing but praise for the place. We know our child will be well looked after and we are always informed about what is going on. Will be sending our youngest here too in the future!
