My experience with wingham Cubby House has been extremely disappointing. I found the attitude of staff to be rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Communication and the way people are treated need serious improvement.

I was also very unhappy with the cleanliness and overall condition of the centre. The place appeared filthy and dirty, which is extremely concerning when it comes to an environment where children are being cared for.

Parents should feel comfortable, respected and confident about the environment their children are spending time in. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling the complete opposite.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to both the cleanliness of the centre and the way families are treated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this centre.
