We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for the incredible team at School of Early Learning -West Leederville. We are so grateful for the love, care, and dedication that every member of their staff shows to our children every day. From the very beginning, Dee, Pema, Clio and Prabha in the infant room ( Bradshaw) have gone above and beyond in caring for our little boy. Dee, as the lead educator, has been phenomenal — she and her team have lovingly helped him settle into his routine, adjust to sleeping independently, and even start drinking formula when he was primarily breastfed. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine love have meant so much to us. Pema and Clio pay incredible attention to detail and take such care to ensure our little one eats well, feels comfortable, and is happy throughout the day. The effort and heart they put into their work are truly remarkable, and it’s clear that they treat every child as if they were their own. Their gentle encouragement and nurturing approach have made what could have been a difficult transition so smooth and positive. Thanks to their patience, warmth, and consistency, he is now thriving, happy, and so well adjusted in his surroundings. The thoughtful and engaging activities they provide for even the youngest children are truly amazing and show just how dedicated they are to each child’s growth and happiness. In the toddler room (Whiteley), Hannah, Cynthia, Prem, Rinchen, and the rest of the team continue to do an exceptional job. Our daughter Rhalia absolutely loves school and talks with such excitement about her activities and her teachers. It’s so clear how much the children adore their educators — even after spending long hours at daycare, they never want to leave and genuinely miss it during holidays. A very special mention also goes to Amy, Kelly and Taylor. Their warmth, personal involvement, and the genuine love and guidance they provide to both the children and families make such a difference. They are always approachable, understanding, and hands-on, and it shows in the beautiful culture they have created at the centre. Having transferred from another daycare, we were initially nervous about the change, but the kindness and support from them, the wonderful reception team, and all the educators made the transition seamless. They made us feel at home right away. We can’t recommend the School of Early Learning -West Leederville enough to all the parents we know, because it truly is the warmest, welcoming, and nurturing environment a family could hope for. Today is my son’s last day at SOEL, and our experience has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, the team has been kind, supportive, and professional, starting with the reception staff and managers, who have always been helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to the incredible educators in the Picasso Room for the care, attention, and warmth you’ve shown my son. He has grown so much during his time here. Although our children, have now moved on from School of Early Learning – Leederville, we wanted to take a moment to share our deep appreciation for the exceptional care and education they received during their time there. The centre exceeded our expectations in every aspect—from the rich, developmentally appropriate curriculum to the unwavering commitment to child safety and emotional wellbeing. Both our children thrived in the warm, engaging, and thoughtfully designed learning environments that fostered their curiosity, confidence, and creativity. Communication with families was consistently professional, timely, and transparent. We always felt informed and reassured, whether it was through daily updates, photos, or meaningful conversations with staff. This open line of communication created a strong sense of trust and partnership between us and the educators. The interpersonal approach at SOEL Leederville was truly outstanding. Every educator treated Arianna and Seraphiel with genuine respect, kindness, and attentiveness. Their ability to build nurturing, individual connections with the children made a lasting impact on our family. The leadership team demonstrated clear vision, professionalism, and a proactive commitment to excellence. They foster a culture that values both the wellbeing and growth of each child as well as the involvement of parents. One of the most highly praised strengths of this centre is the way each child is deeply seen and supported—emotionally, socially, and academically. We always felt confident that our children were in safe, thoughtful hands. Although we have moved on, we carry the positive experiences and lasting impact of SOEL Leederville with us. We pulled our son out of this centre as it was a terrible experience, there were multiple occasions that we picked our son... We pulled our son out of this centre as it was a terrible experience, there were multiple occasions that we picked our son up and his nappy hadn’t been changed all day as the feces had dried and stuck to his skin. He also was dehydrated many times when we picked him up the centre continually lost his clothes and toys and would pack his bag with other children’s clothes and toys to take home the centre was extremely under staffed and unorganised, the floor staff were doing the best they could, the problem appeared to be higher up management enrolling as many kids as possible for profits without sufficient staff or resources during his 4 months at the centre he caught COVID, hand foot and mouth, the flu and conjunctivitis, I would highly recommend to not enrol your children into this childcare centre, they are all about profits and enrolling as many children as possible and not the Welfare and what’s best for the children. We found another smaller centre which we are extremely happy with who generally care for the children complete regular nappy changes and have a great ratio of staff per children. Read more

The management team, educators and staff are so wonderful and approachable, and the facility is beautiful. Like so many other parents we know at SOEL WL, we are happy to travel the distance, even though we don't live close by, to put our child(ren) there because it's worth it! Read more
