Helen has provided personalised care for all 3 of my boys and has had one of them at a time over the last six years. Helen provides a lovely space for them, its like a home away from home but with all the fun parts of childcare! Helen always gives 100% when it comes to the children and I feel so lucky to have been recommended Helen's family daycare when I was returning to work with my first born. She made the transition so seamless. Her place is clean and tidy and the children always have their needs met individually. Helen is incredibly caring and thoughtful. Helen communicates very well with us as parents and is always available if we have any questions and she provides lovely updates of the children's day and their work. The boys bring home wonderful creations. We feel so lucky! Helen always thinks about the children's needs and development in her approach, and she is just a pleasure to deal with. The personalised care we receive for our children is like no other. Not only does Helen provide exceptional care, she is an incredible mother and role model to society especially working mums.

Helen has been caring for our children for 5 years. We feel so grateful and lucky to have found such a caring, committed carer to nurture our childrens needs. She is warm, welcoming, plans age appropriate activities, fosters the individual and recognises important events. Helen actively seeks out areas of interest for each child and creates experiences that will nurture their curiosity. For example, my son loves to build so she sets up building play areas/ items of interest for him on the days he is in. She also knows that both our children love to bake so has presented many opportunities for them to do so. We regularly come home with home baked goods and she often ties this in with culture awareness such as Chinese New Year (noodles, dumplings, all sorts of Chinese creations for the kids to make / try) Helen also sends regular updates throughout the day about the learning experiences the children are presented with. She links these with the EYLF. She also has a very professional, positive approach to taking us through the events of each day (always positive, realistic and with genuine care to the situation.) Helen has energy, drive, motivation and never ending positivity. She really loves nurturing the childrens passions / curiosity and our children love her so much because of this. She's a true gem.

Helen’s approach to caring for and understanding our child is absolutely impeccable. Helen actively seeks opportunities to extend my daughter’s interests and build her understanding of the world around her. As parents we can see the growth in our child in her communication, resilience and perseverance. Helen supports our child’s learning by following her lead and providing opportunities to connect positively with peers. Helen is extremely professional, organised and supportive. She observes my daughter in her play and takes the time to understand what is happening for her and ways to extend the learning, the skills and the fun! Helen regularly shares her observations and she is always so spot on! She knows my child so well and supports her emotional and physical development. When my daughter wasn’t able to access some of the play equipment because of gross motor delay, Helen and her husband Stephen reconfigured and rebuilt a slide that she could safely master - I am certain that this specially designed piece of equipment was instrumental in my daughter gaining the confidence and motor skills needed to begin to walk! Helen goes the extra mile to ensure her environment is accessible and inclusive of the group and sparks curiousity. We are so grateful to have Helen care for our daughter because of her unwavering and endless support of our child, her dedication to her families and her unique ability to bring joy and foster a love of learning every day.

Our daughter has been attending Helen's Family Daycare for over 3 years. Helen has provided an environment which is nurturing, warm and safe. Our daughter has developed confidence without being overwhelmed with so many children, she has created strong friendships and is able to relate to children of different age groups. Helen is very attentive to the individual developmental needs of each child and provides educational learning in a fun environment. Helen enables multiple learning opportunities daily with tailored arts, crafts, play, languages and social interactions. We can not speak more highly of Helen and we look forward to Helen providing care to the new addition to our family.

Both of our children have been to Helens spanning the last 6 years and there has never been a day they did not want to go. The children love going to Helens which makes our days at work easier knowing they are so happy and well cared for. Helen is reliable, warm and generous with the children. Drop off and pick up are quick with an app sign in process, and she send photos and updates during the day of what they are up to. They do loads of art and craft and Helen is able to tailor education programmes for all ages and interests. I could not recommend her highly enough.

We had our daughter in Helens care for 4 years and have been nothing but happy with her service. It can be hard to know at a very young age if youre children are truly happy with their educators but our little one would always get excited and clap her hands when we arrived. Helen was not only very warm and welcoming but also taught our little one many things from different cultures to geography and reading to dance and craft. Helen was also able to confidently adapt to the parents sleeping and routine wishes and has more than enough space for children to rest quietly while others play. Sadly, the time came for our little one to attend school and we moved to another suburb however, the relationships between them have been missed and we will be attending during the school holidays. We feel like we have truly hit the daycare jackpot here and couldn't recommend her services enough!
