I have come across to Cannonvale Kidz in January 2026, I have been so impressed by the daily updates , learning modules and high clean standards of the centre and overall the love and care my children have got in the centre, Miss Tahlia and Emma have been outstanding as well as Miss Jamie and Miss Ash, im so grateful for the care and attention you give my children and the warmness you are greeted with everyday by Miss Eve is so lovely - keep up the awesome work Cannonvale Kidz and thank you again !

We have had both our girls at Cannonvale Kidz since they were 6 months old. Oonagh is amazing and any queries we have had have always been answered straight away. Some of the educators have been there since my eldest started over 5 years ago, which is a credit to the centre. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would like to highly recommend this childcare centre. My son Riley has been attending here fulltime for 5 months and loves it. They are caring amazing girls and I never worry about him as I have full confidence in each and every one of them. They are definately a great support system for me.

We enrolled our son here a few years ago and through a lack of communication on the centre's behalf, he was left in a sodden nappy the entire day. When I picked him up, the nappy was pungent & heavy with urine. The centre later apologised stating that 'his room was a non-nappy room & staff were unaware her was wearing one'. (Seriously?) Subsequently we were given a free day's credit. (Wow.) Despite the space and the general good upkeep of the facilities, we eventually changed centres mainly due to two things. The staff, though super friendly were fairly vacuous when it came to fielding questions about the child's day. Perfunctory responses such as the repetitive 'He's had a GREAT day!' fail to address any discernible genuine interest in the child. Something vaguely more articulate would be helpful! The main reason for leaving however was we felt the centre was more of a 'business' for the owner who, in our limited observations, was more in it for the money & not for any other endearing 'vocational' reason. We can only hope that these have been rectified since our son's time & trust that people will form their own opinions based on their own experiences.
