From day one, the staff made us feel welcome, supported, and part of a wider community. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child. Our tamaiti has grown so much in confidence, language, and social skills since starting here. What sets this centre apart is the beautiful integration of Te Reo Māori and tikanga into the daily routine. It’s heartwarming when I’ve been present for their waiata and mihimihi time on the whāriki — and very clear that cultural identity and respect are at the heart of everything they do. The facilities are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor play areas are fantastic, and I really appreciate the nutritious meals provided. Knowing that everything from kai to nappies is included takes a big load off our shoulders too. If you’re looking for a centre that feels like a second home, fosters cultural pride, and nurtures your child’s development, I couldn’t recommend Kia Ora Kids enough. Ngā mihi nui to the entire team! Our almost 4 year old has been attending two days a week for about 2 months. She has come home singing Maori songs and has a greater understanding for her culture. We don't speak Maori apart from the very basics so it warms our hearts that she has this opportunity. The team are fab and it has a real family vibe. The bus pick up and drop off in pimpama is also a bonus for our family. I wouldn't hesitate to enroll here! Read more
