My family and I moved to Emerald from Brisbane for work, and my daughter, who is now in prep at St Brigid's, was in the kindergarten room for a few months before starting school. My 2.5-year-old is still at F5Y in the senior toddler room, and he loves it. The food is healthy and ample, and the teachers are lovely. They ensure we are constantly updated on what is happening with Will, which is essential to us as two full-time working parents. F5Y is well a well-run early education and childcare facility. First 5 have definitely provided the best care for my 2 boys (3yrs & 1yr). Their wonderful team members make the centre a... First 5 have definitely provided the best care for my 2 boys (3yrs & 1yr). Their wonderful team members make the centre a joyful place to be for the children, but also for us parents as we are rest assured our children are in very capable and caring hands. The opening of First 5 Emerald has been an amazing step for the rural community, and has quickly built a very positive name for itself.
