HEI Brunswick East is such a beautiful daycare centre, the space is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for little ones to feel safe and happy.

We've had a fantastic experience with HEI and Michelle in particular. Communication has been excellent and the facilities are beautiful. We had to move our son to a new centre due to moving out of the area and are very sorry to go!

Hei is an absolute stand out. The staff and spaces are exceptional and my child absolutely thrives here! If only this standard of care, education and design could be rolled out across the board our next generation would do so well. Do yourself and your family a favour and book a tour!

We’ve had an amazing experience at Hei Schools Brunswick East. The communication is beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. We receive daily updates on the activities our daughter is engaged in, which gives us real insight into her day. The educators create a nurturing environment, and are incredibly responsive to her interests, fostering a love of learning and exploration. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the children, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommend!

We love HEI, absolutely God sent for our family. Just as we were struggling with our previous centre, we thought we would have to suck it up and stick with them when we felt so lost and unsupported. We toured HEI in desperation and fell in love instantly. Thankfully, we managed to secure a spot and months later, our little bub is increasing from 2 days to 4 days. He just loves it there! He eats like a king. The educators are all approachable and lovely. Even after a long day of caring for the little ones, they’ll still have a lovely smile on their faces and are open to any questions we may have. They always reassure us and make us feel very supported. The activities they do with the children are well organised, well thought of and have been really engaging and interactive - sand pits, water activities, painting etc Cannot thank the amazing team enough!

Cannot be more grateful for the team at Hei, our son loves his days at the centre. He is excited every morning at drop off because of the incredible supportive environment that all the educators provide and his development has improved so much since he started in January. The team helped every step of the way as we transitioned him into care after the year at home with me. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

After moving to Brunswick East, it became soon apparent that finding a childcare place for our son was not an easy task. All the highly rated childcare centres in the area required years of queuing and we needed a placement sooner than that. We were really excited when Hei schools opened late last year, and, from the first tour, we could see the quality and attention that went into building and running the centre. Our son has been attending the nursery since November 2024 and we have been very happy with the care provided to him and to us. His changing routines have been promptly implemented and his development has been closely followed and encouraged. The activities are weather appropriate and varied, from colouring to water play, from reading too gardening. The staff joyfully report to us his improvements at the end of the day. They also promptly update the storypark app with his daily routine. The food is varied and according to the fact that our son consistently empties his plate or has extra, very delicious as well. Birthdays are also celebrated with a sugar free cake baked in house! We are very happy with our son's care at Hei schools.
