Absolute wonderful Childcare centre, the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful..

We are so happy with this childcare centre and the incredible staff. In the beginning, there were a few staffing challenges while everything was finding its rhythm, but now everything has settled beautifully and so have our boys. They genuinely love going to childcare and always come home happy, which says everything. Our kindy teacher is everything you could hope for in someone caring for your children. Her passion truly shines through in her work, and we feel so grateful to have her. The rest of the team are just as wonderful, creating a warm and supportive environment every day. Our youngest has settled in so well thanks to his amazing educators i cant commend them all enough. Seeing his growth and hearing about his day is honestly heartwarming. With time, this centre is only going to get better, and we feel very lucky to be part of it.

The management at this center is failing to meet even the most basic standards of professional childcare. Our experience was defined by a total lack of accountability and poor organizational oversight from the leadership team, which created an environment we could no longer trust for our children. It is clear that the systemic issues here—from the lack of transparency to the breakdown in communication—start at the top with a management team that is either unable or unwilling to prioritize the quality of their service. We have since moved our children to a facility where the administration actually takes responsibility for the environment they are running.

Our experience with this childcare centre has been nothing short of amazing. Our 2-year-old has absolutely thrived since starting here, and it’s been so reassuring to see how happy and confident she has become.
