Right now on their social media you can watch an employee take outdoor sandbox sand, notorious for carrying parasite eggs, and spreading it around the room to "clean". They're bringing the worm eggs inside and smearing them across every surface your child will touch. I am not exaggerating, they even spread the moist dirt across the tables and chairs your kids eat off of. No one asked them to perform, record, or post these actions, they did it by choice.

I am so incredibly happy that I enrolled my girls in Kidscape Winter Valley. Every single staff member is really nice, and easy to talk to. The communication is fantastic and Bianca and Vinita are so lovely and always willing to help out when they can. I've also seen both Bianca and Vinita in the rooms helping out when they're needed which is not something I've seen many Directors and 2IC's do at other centres. If I was to name the staff that my daughter's like best, I would literally be naming every single staff member because both of my girls love everyone and my toddler talks about everyone outside of daycare. The level of care each of these ladies puts into their job is phenomenal and I feel so so happy and relieved sending my girls here because I know they will be so well looked after and cared for. It genuinely warms my heart knowing that these ladies care about my girls as much as they do. I cannot recommend this centre ENOUGH ❤️❤️

Do not send your kids here they do not care about your children and do not look after them properly

Kidscape Winter Valley is filled with educators who are warm, welcoming and truly beautiful. If you are looking for a centre to send your little people, I couldn’t recommend this centre more. They are family focussed, flexible and care about your children and their welfare as much as you do. From a really anxious Mum, I would definitely recommend this centre and only have positive things to say about my experience!

Great daycare, my son really enjoys it and the kids always seem happy and content at pickup and drop off

Bianca and the team at Winter Valley Kidscape have been absolutely amazing! Very welcoming environment and has been very easy to communicate and collaborate with regarding my child's extra needs with communication devices and allied health coming in and out to also support them and my child! Highly recommend touring and seeing the service for what it is and how they could help your child grow and be supported in their development!! Thank you to the whole team for welcoming us into your family and putting a mothers anxiety to rest knowing their child is being cared for at the highest level a parent could wish for!
