What a lovely center! we use to go to one of the larger centers, but my daughter never settled. We changed to Mama Moose and she loves it there, she does not want to go home when we pick her up. The Educators are stable and genuinely care for the children. It is such a great little community and I cannot recommend it enough to local families :-)

I had a disappointing experience with this childcare centre. The communication and follow-up felt unprofessional, and I didn’t feel valued or treated with fairness. I hope the centre takes feedback seriously and improves how they engage with people in the future.

Mama Moose is a Scandinavian/Nordic inspired boutique childcare centre that provide a warm homely and welcoming atmosphere where children can learn, grow and feel at home.
At Mama Moose, we understand that deciding who will care for your child when you’re apart is a big step. We take pride in providing a safe, nurturing learning environment for your child– and for you. We want you to feel as comfortable and inspired as your little one, when they engage in our beautiful indoor/outdoor learning spaces with natural elements and a giant forest inspired garden.
Our curriculum is based on the Early Years Learning Framework which focuses on free play where children can discover their passions and interests and explore their surroundings, as well as guided learning activities. We recognize that every child is a capable and competent learner, and our curriculum is designed to support their individual interests, strengths, and needs.
The lovely front section is designed for babies and toddlers where educators build meaningful interactions and relationships in a caring and warm environment.
Our beautiful back section is designed for kindy aged children, and we have a kindy appropriate program in place. Our kindy curriculum focuses on learning and being ready for school, as well as belonging, being and becoming.
