The place I call second home for my son. His safe and happy place, where he's got wonderful educators who are very caring and supportive. As a parent, you feel peaceful enough that your child is in a safe environment and in good hands. Thank you Hazelgrove, keep thriving!

We came to Hazelgrove in June from another centre and after having such a poor experience there we were anxious about the change but in the short time we've been there our daughter has absolutely flourished. I can't name just one thing so here's a whole list!<br>1. our daughter always comes home as clean and put together as when we drop her off, sometimes they do her hair in really funky styles which is always a nice surprise. it may not seem like much but our previous centre didn't use bibs/aprons during eating and play times so our little one would always come home with multiple stains and messy clothes.<br>2. the communication is clear, accurate and the response time is always on point.<br>3. the fact that there is a cook & kitchen on site means the food is fresh and servings arent limited, where as at our previous centre the food would be brought in from an off site kitchen and because of that there would be set amounts allocated per person.<br>4. the curriculum and activities are actually followed through, the team at hazelgrove actually implement the reggio model, not just advertise it.<br>5. the feedback we receive about our daughters interests and how she's going are never generic or a "one size fits all" response. we know that when we're given feedback its genuine and comes from real life observations and interest in her wellbeing and development.<br><br>i can go on and on... i cant thank the team here enough. every morning when i tell my daughter we're going to school she gets visibly excited and is more than happy to say bye to me when we get there, it feels like we're dropping her off to a friends place and not a daycare centre. and i think that says everything.<br><br>i wish we'd made the change sooner - a truly incredible space & amazing team.

Our son has been attending HazelGrove for the past two years, and during that time we have watched him grow, learn and become so much more confident within the environment.<br><br>We have had a really positive experience with the educators who have cared for him throughout his time in both the Bunnies and Lambs rooms. They have been incredibly caring, nurturing and loving towards him, and as a parent, there is nothing more important than being able to leave your child knowing they are safe, happy and genuinely cared for.<br><br>One thing I really value about HazelGrove is the way the learning environments continue to change and evolve around the children. The educators take the time to notice their interests, individual needs and development, and you can see this reflected in the experiences and environments they create for them.<br><br>For us, though, it has been the relationships our son has formed with his educators that have made his experience so special. He talks about them at home, looks forward to seeing them and has formed such secure and trusting connections with the people caring for him each day. We have seen him flourish through those relationships and the consistency of care he has received.<br><br>We are very grateful for the role HazelGrove has played in these early years of his life, and especially to the whole team who have loved, supported, encouraged and nurtured him along the way. Knowing that he walks through those doors feeling safe, comfortable and that he belongs means so much to us as his parents.

We couldn't be happier with this daycare! The educators are absolutely amazing and have become like family to us. They genuinely care about each child and create such a warm, safe and nurturing environment.<br><br>The variety of activities encourages learning and development while also supporting each child's independence and unique personality. It's been wonderful to watch our children grow in confidence there.<br><br>We truly couldn't ask for a better place to support our children. We are so grateful for the incredible educators at HazelGrove. Their patience, kindness, and genuine care have made such a difference in our child’s life. We’ve seen huge growth – from making friends to trying new things and developing independence. It’s clear the team puts their heart into helping each child shine.

This place is incredible because the staff here is caring, loving and nurturing. I have had to deal with many daycares but this one has struck the cord for me because of how well they take care of our little ones. I recommend this daycare 1000% to each and every parent looking for a place for their little ones- all educators are exceptionally good/loving/caring to kids. My child is an extreme introvert when placed in the company of strangers however in the last three months this place has helped him feel so confident and comfortable that he never wants to skip a day, loves going to his "school" as he calls. Thank you to Ms. Anmol- she is the foundation who is keeping this place homely and loved. Anmol - You are doing a fab job! We’ve had a wonderful experience with HazelGrove Early Education Centre. As a parent of a child with a developmental delay, it was incredibly important for us to find a nurturing, inclusive environment—and HazelGrove has gone above and beyond our expectations. From the very beginning, the staff were warm, understanding, and genuinely committed to supporting our daughter’s unique needs. They’ve taken the time to get to know her, work at her pace, and celebrate her progress every step of the way. We’ve seen such positive growth in her confidence, social skills, and communication since joining the centre. The educators are not only professional but truly caring and patient. The learning activities are well thought out and cater to different developmental levels, and the communication with families is excellent. We always feel informed and supported. If you are looking for a centre that values every child as an individual and actively supports children with additional needs, I highly recommend HazelGrove. Special thanks to Ms Anmol, from day one she is so caring and considerate. My 6 month old started recently and it has been a fantastic transition for us all. As a first time Mum, I have appreciated the honesty and care from the educators. I have certainly been anxious being away from my little one, but all the staff in the Bunnies Room have been reassuring and kind. The atmosphere in the service is always calm and friendly, you'd never know that the centre is 90 place as children are happy and engaged. As a teacher myself, I know that this is all possible due to great service providers and an amazing leadership and management team.
