Jess provides the utmost care for children. My daughter absolutely loves participating in all the activities, loves telling me about her day on the way home and asks when she can go again. Jess is very thorough as my daughter has quite a few medical conditions and communicates with me whilst in her care whenever she needs and even sends updates throughout the day. I highly recommend this service, its one that we treasure.

Very happy sending my girls to Jessica's family day care. Jess is very friendly and great with the kids. She does awesome activities with the kids and they really enjoy going. No tears when I drop my 3 year old there and have now started 1 year old there and she is doing great 😀

After a very through vetting process which involved many visits, because this was the first time I had left my child to anyone and I had been through about five daycares prior without any promising results, I decided to enroll my child with Jess. It wasn't even where I was at the point where I felt this was my last chance to get him in, it was because of the good feeling I had about her. You know when they tell you to trust your "mumma" instincts and go with your gut feeling. It was like that. My gut feeling was telling me that Jess was going to be the best thing for my child. And that feeling was correct. Not once did he ever cry or scream when we left, instead he would strut straight in like he owned the place and barely even looked back when we left. That alone tells me how comfortable he was with Jess and her family, not needing to resort to the comfort of his own to make it through the day. He even went in with a fear of grass and outdoor areas to come out of it loving the outdoors in such a short period of time through her encouragement. I didn't really have any strict routines and I have more of a go with the flow attitude, but Jess made sure the main routine that I had was stuck to in terms of nap and food so that way it was a better transition between home and being at childcare. He could not tell any different and if something happened that was out of the norm eg, he slept 10 minutes or did not eat xyz food today, Jess would make sure I knew as soon as I picked him up. Great communication. That is what you need. Too many horror stories of mum's online saying how their children have been left in nappies or hurt in the playground and not have it reported. On the one occasion where the doofus smacked his face into the table, I think it hurt Jess more than it hurt him to see the bruise on his face. Accidents happen.
