Hi Team, I just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on our experience so far. Overall, it has been a very positive one. As a first time father, childcare was something completely new to me and, to be honest, a little daunting at the beginning. From the moment my son started, the team has been incredibly supportive — not just for him, but for me as well. Taylah, Jade, and Kadro played a big role in helping my son settle into his routine early on, and I’m very grateful for the care and patience they showed during that transition. It made a huge difference. Olivia (The centre director) has also been fantastic — very approachable, helpful, and clearly a strong leader within the centre. Vicky has been a great support as well, particularly in helping me navigate forms and compliance, which I really appreciated. Grace and Ankita in the Creators Room have been amazing. The daily updates and photos showing what my son has been learning and how he’s progressing have been really reassuring. It genuinely feels like a personalised level of care, which means a lot. I’m very happy with the current team and the level of service being provided. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been approachable, supportive, and clearly invested in the children. As a single father, it gives me a lot of comfort knowing my son is being cared for in such a positive and nurturing environment. I truly appreciate the care, attention, and kindness that the team shows him each day. Thank you all for the work you do — it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I recently completed my placement at Village Early Learning Stirling, and it was a wonderful experience. All the team members were very helpful, welcoming, and supportive throughout my placement. I felt encouraged and supported every day. A big thank you to Olivia and Faye for their guidance, kindness, and ongoing support it truly made a positive difference. I'm very grateful for the opportunity and highly recommend this centre to anyone considering placement or care.

We love village early learning! The educators, the facilities and the meals are wonderful.

Love the centre. Have had 2 of our kids go here, one still attends and our third will be going here too. Management are amazing, bend and stretch to help families and their individual needs. Kids eat the delicious food. Classroom staff are caring, kind, treat the kids almost as their own. Beautiful centre, would recommend.

Excellent service, all the staff is very kind and wonderful, and the director is always very attentive to the children and families. They always prepare events, activities, and sessions to help parents with their children's milestones. I'm simply grateful for this kindness.

We’ve had our now 3.5 year old at Village since she was 11 months old. We’ve absolutely loved the centre. The staff are so lovely, clean and the activities and curriculum are set up perfect for each age group. Our daughter had thrived there and learnt so much more than we could have ever taught her. It’s really helped prep her for school and feel confident and ready.

Our daughter has been at Village Early Learning (previously Eco) since just after the centre opened when she was 9 months old. She is now 3 and has the strongest bond with the teachers and management. The rate she learns is incredible, and you are kept up to date with what is being taught and how their days are going through the storypark app very regularly. The room leaders and educators are all very caring and always share specific feedback about our daughter which is so lovely to hear, as we know they are taking an active interest in our child. I would definitely recommend this centre to anyone thinking about putting their child into their care.

My son loves going to Village Early Learning - Stirling. He has made lots of friends and enjoys the many different activities and learning opportunities that they are exposed to each day. We've found some great events and initiatives have been greatly appreciated including the Mother's Day High Tea, recent inclusion of nappies with the fees, high quality of food from the chef Eric, the soccer program/incursion, upcoming dental visit and professional daycare photos of our little ones! I believe given the ongoing issues that the Early Education Industry faces with training and pay gaps they have continued to deliver the best care that they can to our children and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you to all the Educators that have welcomed us as part of their village.

Having had our first child at other centres this place is head and shoulders above. The team are highly engaging and friendly and the facilities are great. The centre do lots of extras that we didn't get elsewhere. Recent extras include photo days, information sessions for toilet training, dental check, and numerous fundraising activities. Staff have been constant for the last two years which has helped our little one feel comfortable with drop off etc. The educators are also quick to support us with anything that we're working on with our little one as well. We feel part of a family coming here and highly recommend to all.
