As a first time mum I was very nervous putting my kids into Childcare. We had a hard time adjusting at the start and the centre was very accommodating and held their place until we were finally ready. My kids have finally settled well and Storypark App is fantastic to see what they get up to during the day. The staff are lovely and my kids really enjoy themselves and look forward to going.

They pushed me to get the enrollment and payment papers in before the free play trial days. During the trail I made the decision that this was not the right centre for my children. They took money out of my bank days early and I had to call my bank to block another payment that they tried to take out a few days later. They are unwilling to give my money back as they say I waited to long to tell them the children would not be attending. I gave them a weeks notice, it would have been even more if there has not been two public holidays and the weekend during the time. So the lesson you can take away from all of this is dont hand in any paper work until after your free trial period, even if they tell you it's the only way to secure a spot. It's not true, they were not full at all when we visited.
