From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt an incredible sense of warmth and welcome.

After our previous service closed, finding the right place for our son was incredibly important to us. The team took the time to genuinely listen to what we needed and wanted for him, and from day one, they have exceeded our expectations.

What stands out most is that it isn’t just the educators in his room who know and care for him. From the educators across the service, to management, to the cook in the kitchen — everyone knows his name, acknowledges him and makes him feel like he is an important part of their community.

He is absolutely thriving. Every morning he walks in happy and excited to be there, and as a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than seeing how comfortable, confident and secure he is. It is so evident that he knows this is his place — a place where he is known, valued and where he truly belongs.

We are incredibly grateful to have found a service that has welcomed not only our son, but our whole family, with such genuine warmth and care. ❤️

The staff are so caring and accommodating they care about the kids but they also care and support the families knowing that they care about my grandson helps me to rest at ease

my experience is not good with them because they are Not recheck what happened in the room? They just rely parent or old staff They are not bothered to listen new staff So my ex experience so bad with them if anything happen they just fire. They are not thinking give them to recovery situation.

Following a change of leadership the ethics and honesty within the school became concerning. I had a great experience to begin with but after moving away for medical reasons with my child and my child returning a few months later, he began raising concerns about certain things and extremely unhappy. I attempted to discuss this and other matters of concern but unsucessful. I later discovered my Sons attendance record was incorrect and false information recorded. There are some fabulous educators and support staff at the school, but sadly I did hear similar stories from other single parents of children at the school, some of whom removed their children mid year.

For school awesome but Worst childcare, most ignorant and rude staff. Supervision is zero,My son Got seriously injured in outdoor play area, they don’t even know how did it happen.. they are not supportive, my preschooler spend 7 months there, absolutely damaging.

Transferred from another childcare to this one. Both kids are very happy there. All educators are kind and caring. A good childcare I'd recommend to anyone.
